Outstanding care, easy to make appointments, even on shorter notice. Staff and doctors are pleasant and truly caring. Dr. Bennes was exceptional today in taking the time to speak with me, more than one time, regarding concerns we had with one of our dogs. This is a level of concern and service that confirms the dedication she has to the animals in her care. Thank you Dr. Bennes and to all the staff who always make our experience at Banfield wonderful. ~M

The staff are caring and compassionate. You can call and check on your pet at any time day or night and the ICU nurse who is taking care of them will talk with you. This helped me out so much! They also sent pics to let me know that our fur baby was doing well. They have a children’s corner which can help keep little ones occupied while you wait. ~Shannon
