The Eno Animal Hospital team is very patient and understanding with my dog, even though he presents some unique challenges. He is very large and can be reactive when we are reunited after long boarding stays, and the Eno Team has worked out a painless hand-off formula. Things like that make a big difference. I actually haven't had the chance to attend one of his vet appointments in person. They were doing curbside during covid, and my dog actually seems to be calmer when I'm not around, so we have just gone ahead and continued with that format. Even though I'm not in the room, I have a chance to ask any and all questions over the phone. This has led to longer conversations than I've had with many in-person visits just because there's often a rush.

Best Vet hospital, the staff are friendly and helpful with good payment options. When I took my dog in for friendly visit the staff greeted my dog with open arms the visit was helpful for my dog and myself.

The greatest measure and test of character oftern occurs during our most challenging times. I am grateful for Eno Animal Hospital and their staff for the outstanding care, attention to detail and emotional support they offer me, my sister Sonya and of course Marci. I offer a special thanks to Dr Smith who was professional yet sensitive to everyone's needs and feelings. I also want to thank Charles who was the one who often treated Marci on her visits. He always was upbeat, positive and most important of all, put Marci at ease on her visits. Thank you so much! Mark Swanson. I had a wonderful experience at Eno Animal Hospital. As a vet tech myself I know how much extra work an anxious pet can during an appointment. Dr. Smith and the nurse Taylor were amazing with my anxious boy. They went slow and were very understanding that he was a bit nervous to be there. Dr. Smith crawled around on the floor with him and Taylor busted out the peanut butter as a perfect distraction. The communication was great and I felt heard and respected. Thank you for the great experience Eno staff, and I will be back soon with my other pets!

This place is a total scam, and they commit fraud. They spring hidden charges on you that they didn't disclose over the phone before you bring your pet in. And then they blame a "new person who hasn't been fully trained yet must have overlooked some things" (but isn't that new person their responsibility?). When I handed them my credit card and told them I authorized them to charge my card for $X for services (the amount we were told it would cost), but not a dollar more, I was blown away when they took my card and then apparently charged my card twice the amount I specifically authorized them to charge when I handed it to them! That's the definition of fraud, and I am taking it up with my bank and my attorney. Listen to all of the other negative reviews and avoid this place at all costs. They are all about money, any way they can get it. Not about the animals or the customer experience

Scam artists. Will run your bill up over things that happened while animals were in their care. Won’t be back and highly advise not to take your animals there unless you have money to burn. *EDIT* Strange that your facility continues to get “tons of abuse just like this.” Maybe a change in pet care would fix this. Just a thought.

I took my dog to Eno for a new client wellness exam. The facility was nice and had only a short wait before we were called back. My dog has high anxiety when she visits the vet but Dr. Robyn and Stephanie were both very patient and thorough. This is our first time visiting a vet since our move to Durham but I am glad I chose Eno and will definitely continue to bring my dog there for all her wellness needs!

Ever since my cat was diagnosed with diabetes, boarding her has become a big part of anything I need or want to do that takes me away from home. I boarded her somewhere else before finding Eno and the difference is night and day. While I (selfishly) don't want my glowing review to create more competition for cat boarding space, you truly can't find a better place to board your pet. FWIW, my diabetic cat is (of course) the one that is basically still part feral and hides from literally anyone at my house (even my fiancé), so boarding is the only option for her and she has definitely not always been on her best behavior when boarding at the previous place (she literally knocked out a canine tooth trying to escape). That she is so loved at Eno and can just chill and look out a window in her own space is a huge comfort to me. While I can't say I never worry about her (it's only natural), I know she's at the absolute best home away from home when I have to be out of town. Adrian is a bright spot at drop offs and you can tell how much she genuinely cares about the pets that board at Eno. Highly, highly recommended!

My family is new to the Durham area and several of my pets just had their first visit to Eno Animal Hospital. We were welcomed and received good care and advice. Dr. Robyn and Liz, the vet tech, were kind and thorough and explained everything well. We even received a first visit discount! Thanks. I’m making follow up visits for the rest of my pets.
