I wish I could remember the young man's name who helped me! I purchased a pair of hard to find Simpson's style Van's first my son. I purchased the wrong size. He gave me great service when I purchased them and made my return smooth PLUS went ABOVE & BEYOND to locate the size of this specific shoe my son just had to have, and had them shipped to my home for free! EXCELLENT service!

I always have a great experience at this store. The staff is very helpful, courteous, and attentive. Last weekend there was a very nice gentleman working there that was very personable not only to me, but to my 1 1/2 year old even calling her by her name and engaging her even though it was not necessary. It's the small things like this that are so nice and very appreciated in a world where people treat children as an inconvenience and non-humans. Kuddos to that gentleman, thank you.
