I've been going here every 2 days for the past 3 years. Had to tolerate the revolving door of idiots most of the long time employees are cool enough but they have an older female that was straight up rude, belittling, and arrogant. They are a super busy location with the mall across the street. Nevertheless today was the last time I'll set foot on their property. ~Chris

Waited 35 min to hear that they don’t know how to do the haircut. I had a picture of a SIMPLE short haircut that I got at Greatclips a month ago and after a lot of uncertainty I had to leave because she started to doubt about every single step to make the haircut. What do you guys charge $24 for? Not a professional place, not coming back. ~Oleksandr

I ordered a leather sectional from Leather Showroom and it is beautiful. Ivan was extremely helpful and nice. My only suggestion would be they find a different delivery company. Was happy with contractors that made the actual delivery but Metropolitan made a huge mistake and were unwilling to fix to my satisfaction. Leather Showroom and Ivan are awesome. ~Sheila

Went here for a tablet, & settled for the FIREHD 10 due to limited supply in store from the recent holiday sales. The lady said we'd be able to pick it up at the front customer service area where you pay. When we got to the counter, the lady looked it up in her device, just to find the kid version in her file cabinet. She called several times for assistance, and had one guy look in the top locked up shelves in the back. When he came to the front, he looked in a couple places, & found it in an area the lady looked initially. The tablet works GREAT, but we didn't have to spend as much time in the store as we did if the associate actually paid attention to what she was looking. ~Candy's

5 stars for a pretty good store experience. Staff is friendly, attentive, willing to answer all of your questions. Yes, this is a Restoration Hardware store. So it IS still very pricey. Everybody should be aware of the price level you are walking into. But hey, you get what you pay for. In this case, items made of amazing QUALITY. There ARE damages to some items, typically priced accordingly. Discounts range in amount, 50%-80%, all items have tags with a detailed written explanation of discount(s) and damages if any (pictured). They confirmed that they get new product every Friday! Which all goes straight to the sales floor. Which is great. Once you purchase large furniture, store associates do a walk through with you, as you agree to any damages, if any. Stock employees then wrap up your items, and meet you in the back of the store to load up your items into your vehicle. Only 15 minutes after purchase! Overall great store, variety of product, great quality items. It's nice to have this discounted option, way better than full price at The RH in the Domain in Austin! ~Aldo
