I had an item under warranty that I brought in. Their estimate to fix it was 1-2 weeks. It took about 3 to 4 weeks. That's fine and all. When I pick up the item it doesn't have the power supply so I had to make a return trip.

I like vest buy for seeing the latest gadgets and electronics, however everytime I go it seems that don't keep alot of stock on hand. They are also a little more pricey

Don't bother making an appointment, because they don't honor their appointment times. Even though they want you to show up ten minutes early. They obviously don't care about my time, I took off work early so I could get my phone fixed before I went out of town. I want to thank the lady that wanted to help the old lady before me but didn’t have an appointment. I was able to get the screen replaced in my iPhone seven plus for 80 bucks after tax, and that was at a place in the mail. Best Buy is a ripoff

Needed a simple screen protector replaced, two employees literally doing nothing and I’m told the other three employees who handle it are busy. When I asked why one of them couldn’t do it, (it is literally just a simple screen protector) I was told “I don’t do that, so you can wait for one of them or leave” WAY TO GO BEST BUY great customer service

Worst experience for the first time, I purchased a phone, it had issues, it was slow, as soon as it was out of the box. I connected it to Wi-Fi and it was still slow after updating the Samsung Galaxy A13 to the latest firmware, it was still slow and everything took it’s sweet time to open. I went and the manager didn’t seem as it was a big enough cause and turn me away and took the 45 dollar return fee. Would not recommend getting a phone there unlocked. Not worth it.

This place is awesome if you need something now and don't mind paying extra for that convenience. If you can wait just get what you need on Amazon. Price match you say?! Maybe, but they will play every card in order to attempt to not have to price match.

Went here for a tablet, & settled for the FIREHD 10 due to limited supply in store from the recent holiday sales. The lady said we'd be able to pick it up at the front customer service area where you pay. When we got to the counter, the lady looked it up in her device, just to find the kid version in her file cabinet. She called several times for assistance, and had one guy look in the top locked up shelves in the back. When he came to the front, he looked in a couple places, & found it in an area the lady looked initially. The tablet works GREAT, but we didn't have to spend as much time in the store as we did if the associate actually paid attention to what she was looking.

NEVER will we buy an appliance from buy from Best Buy again! We purchased a stove back in August and have had 4 scheduled deliveries that NEVER happened. They would call, text and email confirmation of the delivery, we would take off work to be at home and no one would ever show. We would then get an email after the delivery time stating we needed to reschedule the delivery. We called customer service each time and went to the San Marcos store to try and get a "real-time" expectation for the delivery. Michael, the manager, at the San Marcos store ensured us this last delivery was going to happen, that he contacted the warehouse himself and it was actually going to be delivered. That was clearly a false statement, he never contacted the warehouse, because they didn't have the item in stock. If we would have just been told it's going to take months to get your item, all would have been fine. Continuing to schedule a delivery for an item that's not even in stock and wasting our time is beyond infuriating and a horrible way to do business. We finally got tired of dealing with all the people with this company that clearly do not know what they're doing and do not care about trying to figure anything out that we cancelled the order, found the same stove at another store and had it delivered. Great job Best Buy.

Employees usually to busy talking to each other then helping customers. This is the third time this has happened. Was looking for a screen protector for my new iphone and the section I was looking at did not have prices on them. I did find the screen protector I wanted by comparing the pictures online. Had to wait in line to get a price check and the price was not the same. Employee behind the cash register just shrugged his shoulders. I guess being a elite plus member doesn't mean anything, Canceled my online orders.
