Wasn't pushy, didn't make me feel obligated to buy anything and was very informative on his appliances.If you need anything I would highly recommend checking out Aaron's. I would like to say the Aaron's location in San Marcos has been a great help in time of need never did that ever threaten pick up any of my appliances during the epidemic my refrigerator broke once and I was never without one I own a stove,fridge ,washer dryer, and TV from Aaron's all Samsung when I got every Appliance it was brand new I've never had a problem with it(refrigerator being my own fault) I would like to just thank everyone at Aaron's for working with me whenever I had trouble making payments now I'm nearing paying off all my appliances within these next couple of months and I would just like to say thanks to all you guys Derek matt brad and the rest of the crew always on time always work with me never had a problem great customer service and reliable

Great furniture and appliance store , great customer service , i believe the manager here is doing a great job in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and not just treating customer's like customer's but treating an individual as a person and or like family. I highly recommend this store to any friend or family member and anyone in the area.

Matt was absolutely super helpful and kind today! We had gone to many different places in looks for some furniture with no luck. He immediately greeted us and made an awesome experience. Even went as far as making sure the beautiful t.v stand was up to par.

Worse place to work. They sell the job to you during the interview process just to make you accept the offer. Employees stop at their house and smoke for 30mins while you sit in the truck waiting. When they don't want to do a return or stop that's considered "alot" they'll call the store and lie saying they knocked on the door 3x and called the customer when they never did just to skip it. The general manager at the san Marcos location has a warehouse full of used furniture and appliances that's filled with roaches especially the mattresses they just spray them with alcohol and resale them. You're always done early so you don't get a full 40 hours a week. The employees be so high they move around like zombies not while you have to do everything by yourself. Stay away from Aaron's.

Edited review: (because it the only way I can post again ) I think everyone should really watch out! You’ll be bullied by the manager for your freedom of speech once they find out if you wrote a review!!!!! I was hung up on and treated terrible (by the manager) after my post was referenced !!! Oh and they will talk about you situation to people how are not you! Very unprofessional!!! The original post is below I would do NO star if possible....So Arron’s is a rip off to people who feel they have no other options! They make things easy so people forget how much they are really over paying for these items! You end up paying triple what it is worth and yet they say fair customer care???? More like how far can I stick it up your *** care! Excuse my language but these people smile to your face then nickel and dime you with late fees! They will call you back to back like hound dogs when you are one day past due!!! Do yourself a favor don’t be blinded and over pay! Love your wallet and know that you have better options out there! Also, Please spare me “Phil “ (or any other damage control person who will “for reputation “ reply to this review) —your attempt to look like a good owner and psycho babble a message of “if there is anything I can do “ BS! They just want it to look like they care on internet because ratings reach people! Honestly that is the only reason I wasted 20 minutes of my time — ratings matter and I hope this review SAVES your wallet! RUN not every easy deal is worth it

Matt Hall & his crew made this experience awesome! They were straight forward and didn't make promises they couldn't keep. My family and I highly recommend Matt as THE go-to guy. The process took less than 30 minutes. Just so happy we decided on going to Aaron's today. We will definitely be customer's for life.

great selection and their prices are far lower than RTG and Ashley with comparable quality. Cant wait to go purchase my living room set. Hopefully they can keep it in stock long enough for us to move.

I've been dealing with Aaron's for about 15 years and I have nothing bad to say about them. These folks will bend over back words in order to help their customers out. They are truly the best company to rent from. I would recommend them over and over again.
