Been going there several years and I have had a few times when they didn't do a good job but I looked past it. The place is very run down and looks like they needed my business. Why give it to the big companies but today was the final straw. Two weeks ago they said I needed to call the Dr to refill my prescription which I did. Then I called them a few days later to see if it was filled. They said not yet. So weekend goes by and I call leave a message on machine. No one calls me back. Then I call again and they said they would call my Dr. Then I call them on Friday again. Leave a message no call back. I call and they said we texted you? Weird cause I never got their texts either. Called again this morning and they say I can I pick up my prescriptions. So I go there and the one I need for my blood thinners so I dont have a stroke is not ready. I need to call the Dr. To get it filled. Couldnt give me one pill so I dont die of a stroke so I go back to work and call them and was told to come back and They can give me one pill 💊 for my blood thinners. I get their and the owner is very rude to me. So I will not be back ever. Im at home had to take the day off because I'm feeling so sick. I have a call into my Dr. And thinking about heading to hospital here in a few if I dont calm down. The owner a very rude man should maybe get into a different line of work and train his staff better. Feeling ill!

I have to say, With my life that has been inundated with filling prescriptions for myself and family I will never willingly go ANYWHERE besides the Medicine Shoppe in Camarillo. This pharmacy is all one needs to know the best staff, service and expertise that the Medicine Shoppe offers. I will never go anywhere else After almost 20 years of knowing what excellence can deliver here- Thank you Medicine Shoppe, pharmacist and employees. You make all the difference!!

I've never had any problems with this pharmacy and have been going here for years. The Pharmacist is very quick and the Assistants are friendly and helpful.

6 year customer, friendly and welcoming team of people working for YOU. Always ready to jump on the phone and harangue the insurance company to give you the best service and cost. I drive past a dozen chain drug stores to go there. Quick app/based refill system, scrips are ready in minutes, not hours. Love ‘em!

Hi.The staff at the Pharmacy is very friendly and the service is fast, I have waited 5 minutes at the longest for a perscription to be filled.They also have a text when ready system, which is great!! When you perscription is ready, they automatically text you to pick it up. Great!! I only put 4 stars, because there is always room for improvement. Take care.

I love the staff at the Medicine Shoppe. They are all so helpful and kind. They always ask if I want to wait for my prescription to be filled and if I need to wait it has never taken more than ten minutes to complete.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! The staff there is very helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to get refills from doctors and theyre service is fast, ive never had to wait longer then 15 min for my prescription to get filled. Definitely a mom and pop pharmacy to go to .

My doctor's office faxed the prescription on Monday and revived an automatic confirmation. I gave them the requested 3 days and called WednesdayThey couldn't find it. My doctor refaxed and received the automatic confirmation again. I called today, Thursday and they couldn't find it again. My doctor's office called them. I was told to wait until Saturday. I told them it was faxed with a verification Monday. I was basically told too bad, they're backed up

The Male Pharmacist is very sarcastic. I over heard his staff gosdipping very badly about a lady who had a concern of her prescription. I thought well maybe this was something she did..but then it happens again a second time! Then to myself. The same girl making her scrunched up faces..wow...bad manners..bad business! Unhelpful and and rude! This place is NoT like the one in oxnard!!
