When I arrived at the store I was in a state of frustration, after trying to get information online and chatting with a representative on my Verizon app. There was a representative available immediately to talk to at the store. I appreciate working person to person! This young man, Tyson, was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me that I was able to make my choices and feel comfortable with them. He went over everything I asked about, such as what would change in my bill, what the different phone models capabilities were and new features I needed to be aware of. All in all, a very satisfactory experience made better by an honest and personable employee! ~Lesley

I've had several great experiences with this branch in the last few months. On one trip, the gas gauge was not at full. It was so late at night, I didn't bother saying anything when I left. When I returned the car, they estimated my gas mileage and refunded me the gas money. (I had paid less per gallon for the gas, than the rate they returned to me. Very generous.) The second time, I left my phone in the car. I knew my phone was missing, but I could not find it. It probably got wedged somewhere and came loose later. The next renter found my phone. The Hertz office tracked me down, and sent me the phone back. Great job! ~Bronwyn

Thanks to the staff at the Redmond AT&T Store in Redmond. I worked with Bryan who was great. Helpful and knowledgeable. I am a retired AT&T employee so I have been to this store several times. I have never bothered to write a review. This was by far the best experience. The entire staff was friendly and upbeat which demonstrates a great management style at this store. An employee by the name of Eva was so helpful and went beyond her duty. I asked if they had anything with Llamas on it. Initially, the answer was no, but 10 min later, Eva came over with 2 stuffed Llamas. I scooped them up. Thanks Eva. ~Robert

Their employees (more than one of them) and managers don’t seem to shower well and their hygiene is really bad I got help from one of them and I puked in my mouth a little. also, they rarely have what consumers are really looking for most times and you’d be better off just ordering your items online since they hike up the prices in store and they make it a point not to tell their customers about their price matching policy with almost every other place that carries office supplies. Joe’s team did a great job moving us out of our Seattle row house to our new Redmond home. They finished ahead of schedule, on budget, didn’t damage anything, and we’re a pleasure to work with the whole time. I was sort of shocked by how efficient they were. It was the best experience we’ve ever had with movers. The Seattle house posed significant difficulty as well due to the four story lofted design and they navigated that deftly. They will get our referral for anybody we know in the area looking for a quality moving team. ~Garrett

The lady with eyeshadow is really rude. She got mad that I forgot to give her my rewards number. Then she cancelled my gas as I was walking back to the car. Scary ~Sarah

Well stocked convenience store with great service. They refill propane which is a big plus. Car wash on site. Just wish they had more parking on front. Otherwise a great place for a fillup and snack. ~Craig
