We had good experience with enterprise when pur car was away in body shop. We had to change our car twice based on our needs the people at front desk were quite accommodating to get us car that could satisfy our needs with 5 check in bags. They have varieties of car available at this location from simple standard sedan to premium cars.

Avis is so much better than Enterprise if you are booking via Microsoft. Avis doesn't charge any service fees for tolls(Kinda you pay double amount) and also has free Damage coverage. Rates, cars and service of Avis are way better compared to Enterprise.

I know with any concerns I can trust them to soothe the issue in a timely manner. Overall, I feel like they generally care about my concerns and me being a customer! Best of all, their cars are sparkling clean, new, low-mileage, and very well maintained, and they have better deals if you are renting for a week, rather than by the day. Costco Gas' complimentary tire kiosks were not opened yet when I was on the way to work. Luckily Enterprise was conveniently located near my work and Emmanuel helped me out right away 👍🏻
