I have been shopping at this gas station for over 20 years now and after tonight experience I will never go back due to the unprecedented poor customer service that I experienced tonight at 6:00pm 12/30/2021. The male cashier asked for my Id which I was happy to provide and I showed it to him and he asked to scan the Id so I turned it aroud so he could scan it and he violently Snatched my id out my hand. I didnt do anything to constitute that reaction from him or to provoke him in anyway to be rude and nasty too me but when he did that I got upset and took my Id back and then he cursed at me and call me a mutherf**ker and told me to get out .I left and came back and demanded to speak with the Manager or a number to report a complaint and I was told NO. After about 5 minutes of me complaing about the poor customer service they said come back in the morning. They get a zero for customer service and no more buisness from me. The star is only because I couldnt post a review without it.

Wasnt thrilled. The lady was standing out side smoking and was staring at my car with a loud muffler I knew. I kindda wasnrude telling her i dont need to be reminded ssince Im runing around for work and have no time. Then she realized she was wrong.

Then to prove the machine worked, so it must be BOTH of my cards, he offers for me to use the ATM...for a FEE of course. This gas station right here tried to steal from me! I gave the cashier $30.00 off my account. This other car that never paid they gassed up and left so fast. As the guy was pumping we could not and told the cashier. He decided to say no refunds but we never got any service only our money taken out of my account. He refused to give me gas or my money back! Then refused to call his supervisor. Then stated that I would not get anything and to call the police cause he thought that since they were the same I was not getting my money back! Needless to say that when the sheriff department came he lied 3 separate times and now I have my gas. I'm never going back and y'all be careful cause the police stated that he have done this numerous times.

But then they wouldn't accept my Virginia state license, refused sale, and tried to kick me out of the store. Even customers standing behind me told these people they were out of line... so the manager comes out, and is an absolute jerk. She wouldn't let me speak with the owner, she took my name and number, but of course nobody called. Sorry you people are morons... I shouldn't have to furnish a passport, social security card, military ID etc. when I have a federally recognized ID issued from Virginia State. I have never been discriminated against for where I live before... only in NY I guess. Needless to say, had a horrible experience solely due to the bad attitudes of there staff, and horrible policies of there management... from a gas station? Seriously, the first bad experience I've ever had in 30 some years at a gas station... Went a couple miles down the road and got the service I expect... suggest everyone does the same, saved some money too!

I filled my tank for $60.00 then went in to buy a pack of Cigarettes . The guy behind the counter asked for my DOB I an 75 so I told him 1/1/1900 he said it had to be a realistic DOB and that it was obvious I was not over 100. I asked him if he was not able to ascertain that I was over 18 by looking at me how was he so sure I was not 100 after all I am closer to 100 than 18 . I don't think he got it and insisted on seeing my ID . I refused he said it was the law . I explained I had no legal obligation to show him ID . The Law in NY state except NY City states that it is illegal to sell tobacco products to anyone under 18 there is no ID requirement ( as a guideline it is suggested that those that look under 30 may be asked for ID ) I am seventy and look every day of it . To end my story he refused me. If only I could give back the Gas ! Fascist Bastards or a little slow I am not sure which but I suppose he does work in a gas station . I am writing to the D%C and another paper of Magazine that will publish this WHERE HAS ALL THE FREEDOM GONE I remember a time in Germany when they stopped everyone and demanded “PAPERS PAPERS “” if you had no ID you were arrested
