Been using delta sonic since i got my first car at 16, but this location truly disappoints. The management needs to hire competent individuals for the role. I pulled up to the drying station and waited for 8 minutes to find out that the employee was drying her own car and she drove away with it leaving me hanging, I was not told by her or anyone that she was drying her own car. not only did she waste my time, another employee told me to back out of my cleaning bay as another car speed by behind me, if I wasn't cautious I could've back in to the other car. This level of lacking attentiveness, safety and customer service ability was something I've never experienced before, I went and spoke to the manager, who did absolute nothing. To put it plainly at this specific location Delta sonic failed to communicate with their clients and puts its client's safety at risk for their convenience! Service: Auto detailing

Just moved to Rochester area. This place said the price of a car wash is around 40 bucks. Apparently inside cleaning is extra. Maybe their water is infused with diamonds but never heard of such a ridiculous thing before. Edit: In response to the owner’s rude reply. Instead of letting me know your correct prices you are implying I might be lying. I visited on July 6th around 6pm. Maybe your worker gave the wrong info, if that’s the case train your workers better. Instead of giving me the proper price she started selling me the unlimited passes. In your own reply you mentioned your exterior washes are 10 bucks, so what is the price of the interior cleaning? If your customer service is this lousy, I wonder how the bad these “40$” washes are. Glad I didn’t ended up getting the wash and just left.

One huge data mining operation. I had my car washed here twice. When I came back the second time, the lady starts suggesting that I sign up for a subscription plan because I came back twice in the same month. I wondered how she knew I was there a week ago and then I saw my licence plate number printed on my reciept!!! They scanned my licence plate. I have no idea what they are doing with this information. Are they selling it? Are they uploading it to some cloud server? I WILL NOT HAVE MY CAR WASHED HERE AGAIN! I do not even want to enter this parking lot. If you have even the slightest care for your privacy, do not conduct business here. Service: Auto detailing

I appreciate this car wash especially in the winter time thank you. Sometimes you have to wait long but I'm always satisfied when my car is completed. No one is perfect but the effort those young adults put into cleaning cars is what count. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

10$ for ONE car wash? The wash was not even thorough! Marks on windshield from bugs driving the interstate are still there, as is some areas of sap when I parked under a tree one time… and the company thinks I want to pay them for a subscription? Off of that performance? No thanks… not to mention they are always so busy the unlimited line is equally as long if not longer. And what is most upsetting is the fact the higher the cost of the service, the less people are going to tip staff. And the rich just get richer…. Sad.

I made an appointment and dropped my car off for a "professional detail." From the moment that I walked in, to the moment I picked my car up, I had nothing but kind, professional, friendly, interactions with every single employee; from the front to the back! When I dropped my car off the manager informed me what would be best, and saved me additional spending. When I picked up my car it was in showroom condition. My only disappointment is, I'm moving to California, and there are no Delta Sonic's near me. I wish I could replicate this place, and every employee in it! You guys rock! It is one of the most nicest car washes I've been to. The kids enjoy the car wash, full of lights and colors. The car comes out clean. We end up satisfied each time we leave.

It has been years since I used Delta Sonic for detail work. The detailing was good and what you’d expect for the price point. It was very busy but it seemed the staff had a good pace going and I got out of there within the hour. An employee by the name of Justin was very helpful and answered all my questions. I have been a Custer for probably 6 years. I am cancelling my membership because they do not think before they do things. They had three lanes of cars going into one side of the two Lanes at the end problem is you have bullies in the line that cheat and try to pull in front of you. I was a victim to this three times now and I refuse to go there anymore. It is wrong but they do not keep an eye out on what's going on and do not come to the aid of a rule following customer. I know a car wash that actually makes the customers take the cars through one by one fairly by the use of their gates perhaps don't to Sonic should invest a little more money in making sure their customers are happy than that their stone looks good on their building. The fact that they can't get there car wash built in less than 2 years is very disturbing and it shows just how little they are willing to invest in the washing part of their business. I will not spend my money or my time in a place that has no respect for me or my business.

During the car wash, the windscreens on the windows were broken. They drew up a protocol, three weeks passed, no one calls and does not reimburse the cost of the breakdown.
