Probably the worst car wash I ever experienced. Didn't even clean front wind shield. Total waust of time and money.

I have to use this location for company vehicles from time to time. I need receipts and their machines never have receipt tape in them. Someone needs to check the receipt tape in each machine. Absentee Owner!

Literally the worst car wash I've ever been to. Bought the good car wash cause my car was really salty. The arm banged into My car about 20 seconds into the wash. It went on to attempt to wash it after a delay. Then I noticed it was just spraying soapy water at my car... then all of a sudden I hear a loud beeping. Then the arm stopedd moving but still spraying water . The door opened an it signal to get out. Great awesome huge waste of money. Top it off there is no attendant so I had to pay again down the road to wash it. Moral of the story folks this place sux

Don't play with me! I wasted 6 of my hard earned dollas out here on those broke down machines the backs are busted open and trash is all over if u drive by u might catch covid. Where is the attendant??Then u call the line on the machine..it's big busy🙄..count yall days classy cat! Or whatever yall low down name is

The final wash didn't rinse my car thoroughly. VERY DISSATISFIED.the nozzles were clogged. Very DISSATISFIED

The wash quality here has been on steady decline since I moved to this area 7 years ago. Nozzles are either clogged or do not spray with enough intensity to remove grime and road salt. I had my truck here yesterday, and it barely cleaned anything. I get better results at their self serve pay and spray location on West Ridge Road.

Worst car wash ever, parked where the machine says to be, and the machine just hit my front bumper. Not even a oversized truck, just a regular 4 door sedan.

The wash quality here has been on steady decline since I moved to this area 7 years ago. Nozzles are either clogged or do not spray with enough intensity to remove grime and road salt. I had my truck here yesterday, and it barely cleaned anything. I get better results at their self serve pay and spray location on West Ridge Road.

I need to wash my truck without brushes touching it. The process is easy if you get the purchase right or the booth works properly. But helped a man get in touch with the company because his wash both didn't work. I called the number posted or asked Google and the operator of the company helped me get him ready for a wash in another booth. My wife got her top mounted antenna sprayed off by the water Jets during wash cycle. We called and the company paid for a new antenna (200.00). Accidents happen sometimes but they did do us a big favor. They didn't have to pay for the part because who knows it might have been loose a little while. Very excellent customer service. Doesn't get all the salt off black paint and missed parts of my wife's lower half of her car. Will be good for summer washing, salt is hard to get rid of with just pressure washing. We will go again with our truck but not putting the car in again because the labor to replace the antenna was 500.00 at the dealer.
