They replaced my screen on my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 under warranty. I didn't have to pay anything. They were quick. I dropped it off at 4pm and picked it up at 6pm. Job was well done. Phone looks brand new again.

Broke my screen yesterday, submitted a claim through at&t today, arrived at 4:15pm, then left at 6pm with a fixed screen! I wish there was one of these stores in the Goose Creek/Moncks Corner area so I didn't have to drive so far, but there are a ton of surrounding stores and restaurants, so I got a smoothie and a pedicure while waiting!

They were supposed to fix my phone screen today via a Verizon Asurion claim for screen repair. I had filed a claim and the first appointment was a few weeks away so I scheduled it and waited. They called once the window had begun to say they couldn’t (due to the computer system being down) and instead of simply offering a rescheduling of the appointment said they cancelled it and now couldn’t reschedule it so I was going to have to go online and file ANOTHER claim, and wait ANOTHER few weeks for someone. I get computers fail and are out of their control but at least reschedule the appointment and offer some type even if a little bit, a spec of customer service?! Instead of driving on the call saying they can’t help me reschedule anything since they already cancelled my appointment without asking me if I wanted it closed out/cancelled?

They saved my phone after it got run over in the street. Seriously! I couldn’t believe it. Ryan was awesome and made it so easy as I just left my shattered phone with him for a few hours and came back to it almost as good as new which is more I can ask for after that severe damage done to it. Also, he helped me file my claim with asurion so I only had to pay a very small deductible fee and I am VERY satisfied! Thank you Ryan!

Got my screen fixed yesterday. #1 I called right when they opened and was asking all the questions and Mark was seriously so helpful and nice. #2 their system was down and I was expecting to pick up my phone not fixed. #3 showed up @ 6pm and Mark along with another employee said the system came back up wait 10 minutes we’ll have it ready. These dudes had a rough day so just wanted to right a review on how extremely nice and helpful these guys were! 5 stars all the way!

Customer service is poor and childish. While the repair was good, the wait was ridiculous and the quote I was given prior to repair was 30 dollars less than what was due after the repair! Do NOT recommend and definitely won't be back.
