I woke up one morning my phone screen was completely black. However, Siri worked and it would ring, but that’s it. I went to my phone carrier they wanted to replace my whole phone. I just got the phone and had data I did not won’t to just send off with the phone. So, I decided to go to CPR in Greenwood and I explained to the man what happened. He took my phone and literally had it for a minute and says here ya go. I was amazed because I knew I was about to pay for another phone. This man made my day. If I have any other phone needs CPR in Greenwood will be the place I will go. Thanks CPR, You all rock!

I had a HP computer screen crack. Took them the monitor, they quoted me $399.99+tax. Very pricey being the computer was only $580 with tax. But I needed it fixed. They said pay half on the spot and one week itll be ready. One week passes. My boyfriend checks on the computer and its not ready. The screen they ordered was a bad screen! How?! Okay no worries, was told one more week. That passes and AGAIN the screen is no good! Was told 4 more days. I want risking it because I had found a lower quote and better time frame right down the street. I asked to pick it up along with the $200. Not only did Chris have a nasty attitude but he proceeds to snap and say he'll give me to computer but I am only entitled to $140 back. Why?! Because there's a $60 diagnostic fee! I advise to stay away with big repairs!

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Was told my bill would around $130. When my wife picked up the phone the bill was over $185. Called to dispute and was told nothing could be done about the bill. Lack of communication and lack of decency to stand behind their word. Very sad. Will be sharing with friends and family to stay away from this place.

Sarah was able to get my SD card out of my phone that has been stuck in there amd unreadable. It had pictures of my daughter from all of 2022 that was irreplaceable. She got it out in under 5 mins. She's awesome. Can't thank her enough. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you again Sarah

Great experience. My wife's phone need to do a reset and they gladly did. NO CHARGE! Then I have been looking at ear buds so I picked up a pair and also a screen saver for my watch. Know why? Cheaper price? NO! The young lady was glad to help and ask for the business. NOT like ATT that it seemed I was bother their afternoon nap! GWD ATT customer service -1. GWD CPR +10. Thanks!

My grandson busted his iphone screen. I went in one afternoon and explained that I needed it repaired that day because I would not be in town for the rest of the week.. the phone was repaired in just over an hour at the price that was quoted.. They did a beautiful job.. Thanks for such a speedy and professional job!!

When asking for quote online they replied back to me quickly. Took phone this morning to get fix. Staff was courteous and friendly got phone fixed within the time said and feels like a new phone now. Highly recommended.

Amazing work. Great customer service. My phone was fixed in an hour and 30 minutes which seemed like a short amount of time. I had cracks and stains all in my screen and now it looks so brand new. Thank you for everything! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I'm self employed and my phone is vital to my business. My screen was damaged and went totally black, unusable. I was in complete panic mode sitting in my truck unable to make or receive calls. This happened at 5:30pm and I thought I was screwed. I went to the store in Greenwood SC at 6pm and they replaced my screen and it was ready by closing time at 7. Who does that in this day and time? Cell Phone Repair in Greenwood SC that's who! They saved me and I cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend these guys and Sarah to anyone needing fast, professional phone repair.
