Super friendly with walk-ins and gave reasonable wait time estimates. I had my hair cut by Kaylee and she was absolutely wonderful. She’s attentive to detail and very sweet. She also enjoys client feedback so don’t be afraid to voice your opinions! Will definitely be back to have her cut my hair again :)

My wife and I came in for hair cuts. They spent more time worrying about what music they are playing on cell. They had some young kid that was goofing off and took the attention off the hair stylist, so she ended up butchering my wife’s hair and mine. First time using and last. ) Service: Haircut

Would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. Highley unprofessional staff. I called in and made an appointment and I arrived for my appointment and they where busy. I get it sometimes things happen whatever no problem I don't mind waiting. But when you call and make an appointment and then someone else who is number 4 on the list posted and your number 1 and they get called before you and your appointment is not honored then what's the point of even calling or the business even offering the appointment setting service. Again Highley unprofessional don't tell your customers one thing and then do another. Keep your word.

My stylist was Kaylee. She did a great job. I was not sure what color to ask for. But, she knew exactly what to do. She custom muxed hair dyes to cover gray roots yet blended very naturally with a previous color that was fading. I've gotten lots of complements on how great my hair looks!

Horrible haircut. Butchered my hair. Came out with short butchered hair when I asked `stylist` to not cut my hair short. She does not know how to cut hair and neither did the first "stylist" as she knew nothing about cutting hair. I can't do anything with my hair. Horrible and untrained sttylists. Wacked hair is how I describe my butched hair. I would rate them zero....butchers.... Service: Hairstyling

Went in a few days ago and a younger woman cut my hair. She seemed inexperienced and nervous the enitre time. She kept me from facing the mirror and didn't cut my hair anywhere close to the way I wanted. Another employee was also doing inventory and sliding boxes across the floor in the middle of the salon. I don't expect much since they're a chain salon but for $20 plus tip there are better places to go.
