Could not get apt always 2 hour wait no matter if anyone there or not even on li e 2 hour wait I was outside shop and 1 person being cut. 2 hour wait.

Did a wonderful job very polite and she made sure she asked what I wanted thru the whole process of cutting my fro .there was little to no wait time, even if there was a wait time of 200 mins it would definitely be well worth the wait next time I get my hair cut im going back to them. there very professional at what they do . 04/01/22 I guess the joke was on me. Checked in on line at 2pm with a 104min wait. I waited for over an hour. After a customer came in checked in and was served I asked the lady how long it would be and she told me 137min. I'm not a math genius but those numbers don't work. I'll be back once you fix the check in process.

Great Clips on West Ashley Circle in West Ashley is a great place to go for a quality haircut for a good value. I like the location and the customer service that they provide here that you can walk in and get what you need when you are ready. The professionals here do a great job. I have been happy with their results.

My 11-year-old son got his hair cut at this location for the first time today. Both of us are very particular, but his stylist Jessica made it happen. His cut was exactly like the picture we had shown her. She was wonderful making conversation with my son and not just talking to me, which goes a long way. My only "complaint" is that it can be a challenge to get an appointment. However, this may be a reflection of the great work, friendly stylists, and clean COVID cautious environment you get there. I will be making another appointment in the future.

I had a very nice young lady named Dana who cut & styled my hair. No one else ever took the time to talk w/me about my cut. I couldn’t wait to go back for my trim this week, but I was told the lady wasn’t there. So, I took a chance & went to Supercuts on Rittenberg Blvd, Charleston & what a surprise! The same young lady, Dana was there & she greeted me w/ that pretty smile. I came to realize, that it’s not about just getting a hair cut, It’s about your stylist caring & respecting the customer. The lady who did my hair was nice and all, and she didn't do a bad job overall. I'm annoyed because she did not listen to a single thing that I asked- I usually have a pixie cut with bangs on one side and a long fade on the other. My hair had grown out quite a bit from this, so I wanted the fade redone-She didn't do anything except trim it to one length. My bangs, which I had asked to have relayered, didn't get any attention except one sharp cut across my eyebrow. No layers at all. I have thick hair and asked for it to be thinned so it could look a bit cleaner-she didn't do that, and she said she wasn't going to because she wanted me to "look natural." My hair will be grown out again in 2-3 weeks because of this so thank god the cut was only $15. Listen to what people want instead of treating them like a mannequin! Smh

I’ve gotten a hair cut here a couple times now and never had any complaints. However, I checked in using the app. At original time of checking in, it was at 105 minutes. I check shortly after and it went to to 123 minutes, then 145 minutes, then to 75 minutes and now it’s back to 125 minutes. I tried reaching out to the salon but they have their phone turned off. The inconsistency of the time projection is very inconvenient. Will more than likely not go back. I can’t schedule my day around all the different times the you guys are giving Service: Hairstyling
