The facility is always clean and the staff is friendly, kind and helpful at all times. A great place to work out, I have no complaints :-}

Random $15 charges.. Manger says it's late fees but payment come out same day EVERY MONTH FOR A 9 MONTHS NOW!! General Manger said she does not do refunds.. and Regional don't have a phone number only email!! ABSOLUTELY NO HELP JUST STEALING MONEY!!

They are just a thieves , I went just for asking and they asked me about my informations and debit card, I gave to them , and I was surprised this month they took 45$ from my count last week and today an other 10$ , and I never had sing up or had member sh with them, when I went to go there to ask why , they never give me a good answer, and the manager she told she will call me she never did , I don't know what I have to do?

Update: the female manager just walked into the mens locker room with another male employee. My husband was using the restroom. At no point should a female employee be entering a male restroom during business hours. I know I do not want another woman walking in while my husband may be naked or using the restroom. Also my husband does not want another female coming into the men’s restroom. I think this issue should be addressed . I will be seeking out the manager and addressing the issue with her. The white girl with the short hair that works here is very unprofessional. Complains about everyone and talks poorly about the customers. If she even responds to you. She acts like my bestfriend friend when I come, but refuses to acknowledge my husband when he is alone..... So much for a judgement free zone. All she cares about is being able to leave right at 9pm. The facility isnt the cleanest and they rarely answer the phone. I prefer the gym in Simpsonville.

Cleanliness 5star, Machines 5star. Why a four. Well my wife and I joined Black Card as we were told she could get in free and workout with me. Well that's kinda true. She can't use anything the card let's you use in the way extras. Massage chairs ect ect.

We had done a membership with planet fitness, we went today and had my 10m old with me mind you he can’t even walk and he was in a stroller so he couldn’t touch or grab anything, the girl said that she couldn’t let me on the floor with a baby which is ridiculous. I read their policy it says they prefer that children under 13 don’t come but it never said it wasn’t allowed. I find it funny that moms like me who don’t have a babysitter is not allowed to bring a baby that can’t even do anything and not be able work out.really need to make it very clear and say not kid friendly!

Facility is always clean, never bothered, and surprisingly i never feel judged. The app has tutorials on the machines so you are never lost....cant actually make it to the gym? Thats ok the app also has at home videos to watch. I love the 30 and 12 mins work out sections. 6pm is always busy but its ok theres plenty to use...and the app will tell you how busy it is.

I go after work so I can only go Monday through Thursday when they are 24/7. It is clean and never crowded when I go. My complaint is that you can never find someone that works there during those hours. So if you tan or want to use any of the blackcard access you literally have to wait until someone shows up.

They do not have a machine suitable for disabled people like some of the other planet fitness do, the intellistrider. I feel that every planet fitness should have one as not all of us can pedal on bicycles. I did use the massage chair but they only had one hydro bed working and unfortunately there were two of us. The people working there are great very friendly and it's not that fault that I have only given three stars

I love this gym!! The hydro massage and tanning are just bonuses. Clean showers and locker rooms. Equipment is clean, maintained, and easy to use. If you've been intimidated at other gyms, you won't be here. All ages and fitness levels come here. And you can't beat the price!!
