Very good facility. Friendly staff. Calendar and equipment is well maintained. Good parking and great location. 4 stars because they need to get some more equipment, for instance the chest fly machine. Almost always in use and a wait to use it. Also the arms on the machine are uneven and need adjustment. Also people are always traveling all over the gym with dumbbells. You need another small rack in the front by the treadmills and bikes. You also need to find more room for the Smith machines. Are is very cramped.

I am going to go out and say this is my new home gym from moving. It's clean and the staff is definitely outlying friendly, which paired with price is why I choose PF. Lost a star based on some dated equipment. Mostly in the cardio sections

Recently rejoined PF Ft. Mill. They have NEW equipment excluding cardio, which is still in good condition. Planet Fitness actually utilizes your annual fee. 👍 This is one of the better maintained PF locations in this area.

Planet Fitness in Fort Mill is an exceptionally 'beautiful' exercise facility. I am so impressed with the lovely color that is themed throughout. You want to exercise it, they have a machine for you! Or, in case you like the hard core running or stairclimbing...so you can walk up a sweat for sure! anything you might want to do is there. And then the hydro -massage (NIIICE) or deep tissue massage and tanning beds are there to leave you very relaxed and happy! Very friendly and helpful staff are icing on this lovely cake!

I like the relaxed atmosphere. I like that there is plenty of space, so you don't feel like you are trying to workout on top of other people. The facilities are very clean and it is a good vibe that you can just come workout without any fear of judgement about your current fitness level.

Everyone minds their own business and you can workout in peace. Staff are friendly, very clean facility! My only request is that I wish they were open longer on the weekends. They have an app that enables you to track your fitness journey! Definitely worth the money!

I use to love planet fitness until they got rid of Mahommed. He helped so many people focus on their workouts and prevent injury. The staff is always helpful and nice but I am very sad to see him go!!!

The only reason why I give this location a 5/5 stars is because Megan Almond has consistently been the kindest, most efficient, and welcoming team member. Everyone one else has been great too but she had just stuck out! Every time I bring a guest they always comment about her and Paige and how sweet they are and how they create a home feel atmosphere. We need more of them!!

The facility is great but there needs to be consistency with regard to the hours. Similar to prior posts it is 7/27/2022 and the club didn’t open on time. It might be a good idea to schedule two people to open at 5 am so that it provides an additional safeguard in case one person doesn’t make it on time. I know this isn’t a unique suggestion but the prior comments suggest this has been a persistent problem.

Disappointed! First they change from 24 hours to 0500-2300. I loved working out around 0300 hours. It is 0520 am EST! Gym is not open! All the 0500 customers left! Gave up! Way too many staff during the day. None at night. Fire the employee who missed opening. Still clean and organized. Convenient, clean, well-equipped gym that meets all my exercise needs. I use my Black Card perks, especially having guest privileges to out of town PF locations.
