Walgreens

The service in the pharmacy varies greatly. Sometimes, it’s great and other times it’s not. Today, I tried to fill my son’s prescriptions. One of them, his doctor had sent a refill too early, and it’s now disappeared from their system completely. The other is an Epi-pen. I need it for school, and it needs to have an expiration date after the end of the school year, so June. The best they could do was May. All I got was , we’ll that’s the best we can do 🤷🏼‍♀️. No understanding of the importance of having an expiration date that is long enough. So that lady today was awful. She was completely unhelpful or understanding. It’s a good thing we’re moving because I wouldn’t go back. ~Sarah

Caliber Collision

I select this store from my insurance company list to get my bumper car fixed, but a few things make me feel really mad about it. • they told me that the repair for my car will take two weeks, it took three. • then when I went to pick up my car the paint was great but the lines where the hit was the bumper was a little bit loose and when I talked to the mechanic they said “Toyota has plastic parts and never it’s going to look good”. • then when I reported to the insurance they talked with the store to order a new parte and let me know when ir arrives to take my car back and get ir fixed but that never happened. Very disappointed with the store and the insurance company. My photos are before to get it “fixed” and after. ~Julieska

Wells Fargo Bank

The bRanCH mAnAGer Sal is absolutely the most condescending human being I have ever encountered. This individual should not be in a position where he is required to speak to customers. After being declined a transaction I asked him to call his supervisor to have them confirm that what he was saying was accurate. He informed me that his supervisor was iN meEtinGS ALL dAy as offensively as possible and refused to connect me with someone else to confirm what he was saying. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2013 and this may be the end of my relationship with the bank - In the words of Henry Wells himself: “We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: courtesy.” - Henry Wells 1864. ~Annie
