I can't speak to how it is to work here, or to do business with them. This 5 star review is to my peeps in the kitchen. Staff does everything they can to make sure you get what you want how you want it, and they're all nice to boot! Taco Salad special is my jam.

I have no idea what this place is. I just pulled my credit report & found this company on it. I have had no personal or business related dealings. I have tried repeatedly to contact someone. My bank says it looks like identity fraud.

Couldn't give negative rating. Citi is a face of discrimination and enablers of the fraudsters. Needless to say, when they disrespect long term good customers, that IS disturbing enough, but then their 'spin' about it being to prevent fraud (nope, not true). There is nothing believable about this at all .. it is by design meant to harm the credit ratings of long term customers you purport to 'value' (obviously good customers are not wanted, that is why you toss their good will aside) and drive credit ratings down deliberately to harm the citizens. You are losing customers Citi, and also causing many good customers to avoid any businesses associated with you as well.

Decent place to work and the higher than average pay helps alot, but there is a mountain of rules and policies that you will have to remember and you will need to be able to talk and type at the same time if you want to be considered a decent employee. Fun fact: there is an ambulance there almost everyday for someone either fainting or having a heart attack because the average weight here is about 300lbs and the job requires you to sit down for the entire shift, you will only get a stand up desk if your doctor demands it for health concerns.
