Stop! Don’t go to this pharmacy because they are horrible. My kid’s prescription for bone fracture placed on Wednesday and they said they didn’t have it in Stock. They said they will order for us and it will be ready by Monday. The system is already bad for not having medication in stock. We checked back Monday and they said they’re too busy to check the inventory. We called again today and they said they don’t have the medication. That’s ridiculously unacceptable. CVS is way better and we made a big mistake to move it to Walgreens. Extra minute driving is way better than my kid had to suffer in pain the last couple days .

The service in the pharmacy varies greatly. Sometimes, it’s great and other times it’s not. Today, I tried to fill my son’s prescriptions. One of them, his doctor had sent a refill too early, and it’s now disappeared from their system completely. The other is an Epi-pen. I need it for school, and it needs to have an expiration date after the end of the school year, so June. The best they could do was May. All I got was , we’ll that’s the best we can do 🤷🏼‍♀️. No understanding of the importance of having an expiration date that is long enough. So that lady today was awful. She was completely unhelpful or understanding. It’s a good thing we’re moving because I wouldn’t go back.

This is a great place to get your prescriptions filled! I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for 4+ years, and want to recognize Corine Race, April, Latoya, Katy, and all the pharmacists thaf help me so much with all my prescriptions, thank you!

A few minutes ago, after checking the Walgreens website to verify if they have it on inventory, I went to buy a Walgreens brand product, as always, the product was not available, I asked the lady there and she was very unprofessional in the end advising: “Our inventory is always off”…

When I came here last week and was in front of the counter, the Indian lady and 2 white females just stared at me and kept talking among themselves; they didn't greet me at all. After a few minutes, someone came through the drive-through, and one of the girls went quickly to go assist and so I called her out and said "I have been waiting." She then said "Oh", pulled up my account and said it would be 30 minutes. She told a lie!! I called in my order 30 minutes ahead of time. 2 minutes after that the other girl came to the counter with my medication and checked me out. THIS WAS SO DISAPPOINTING AND UPSETTING!! DIDNT THINK I WOULD GO THROUGH THIS IN 2022. The next time I come to your establishment and you give me such customer service again, I will notify your owner and escalate this further. I hope your owner sees this.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the laziest, most disorganized, rudest pharmacy I've ever been to. Incompetent is a euphemism for these people. They willfully ignored my husband for half an hour while we waited for them to fill his prescription, which they confirmed they had, and then when we asked again they said they DIDN'T have it. This was not the first time this happened. And by the time they let us know they didn't have it the pharmacy was closing. This is after stopping by earlier in the day to pick up the prescription and being told to come back 2 hours later. The lack of care is completely unprofessional and disorganized. This pharmacy should be shut down or completely re-staffed.

I rarely write reviews but... I was having a difficult time getting the same brand of generic as usual, that was before Corrine (sp) got involved. She is fantastic at her job because she 'cares' about her customers. Good job 👍 Thank you!

This store is always so slow, it ridiculous how long you have to stand in line!! Most of the staff has been there for a couple years but always seem confused by the computer/check out system. I have been shopping at this Walgreens for 3 years now . I have complained to management numerous times about how slow the staff is and how are they always seem confused about ringing people up. Nothing has ever changed please send some help to this location..

I needed to pick up a prescription in the Pharmacy and they were very rude. They made a mistake with my insurance and the two ladies got an attitude with me when it was their mistake. I had to come back twice and they didn’t even apologize. Terrible customer service.

Sent in a prescription for my daughter but was told that there would be a delay. When I called, they said that they had to order it and it would take 3 bus days to get it. I would think that, if you lack the medicine, you would do the courtesy to check with another pharmacy to check for availability instead? Or call the doctor to ask for a transfer to another pharmacy? What if this cannot wait 3 days? The lack of concern is scary. I hope that they can work on that.
