HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES!!! The doctor's office was on hold for 17 minutes before they gave up. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up... I used to do business with them, but now use another pharmacy that actually answers their phone. CVS, PLEASE figure out how to handle the volume, you are losing business by not adapting. Hire a person to ANSWER YOUR PHONE... Install a call back system... hire some more people... expand the pharmacy... This is your BUSINESS, right? Don't just struggle with X prescriptions a day when you can do 1.5X if you just think about business. To be honest, the people here are really nice, they seem to be working really hard. They seem to be accurate and quick, once you get to your position in the que... So it's not their fault.

Line inside store and drive through are always long. Staff are always rude. After waiting for extended period of time to be told that my prescription was unavailable. Why didn't they call or text me to tell me this instead of wasting my time? This has happened multiple times!

If I could give their pharmacy zero stars I would. Awful wait times. Incompetent staff. If there was another 24hour pharmacy in reasonable driving distance I'd go there.

They have Compassion got to wait 10 mins come on and then comes back to window tells me to Calm down I was calm 10 mins after 1200 o'clock really thinking about going somewhere else that care about there Customers

We were having a hard time getting my husband very very expensive blood thinner. Something he needed to servive. But thanks to the patience of Kristy. Rechecking his details and found the problem. Thank you so so much. Such a life saver!

Beware, they commit insurance fraud. Look up the case they just paid 6 million in false claims to Medicaid and Medicare when primary insurance should have been filed! They did this to me!

Slowest pharmacy ever. Just spoke to girl on the phone and she said my prescription was out of stock, I asked if she knew any other one that had it, she sighed and said no I would have to check on that myself. They have always checked on it for me but you could tell she didn’t want to be bothered. Sorry customer service.

This store has the worse customer service & patient care… staff is rude and wait lines are ridiculous. I have sat for over a hour just on hold waiting to speak to a pharmacy tech. I tried to reach the front of the store to ask them to check on the pharmacy for a patient who’s waited so long on the phone and closing time is approaching and all she done was transferred me for me to wait once again! Do better. Many people and patients count on You.

I usually try not to complain but I have given CVS way too many chances. I spent an hour today waiting to pick a prescription up that their automated system harasses me about if I can't pick it up the very first day it's refilled. The people there are always so rude minus like 1 or 2. The first time I went it took them 2 hours to get my stuff right after my insurance forced me to go there instead of Walmart. I absolutely hate getting my prescriptions here and I can't wait to get a new insurance where I can go wherever I need to. Not to mention the time they refused to fill a prescription from my doctor
