HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES!!! The doctor's office was on hold for 17 minutes before they gave up. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up... I used to do business with them, but now use another pharmacy that actually answers their phone. CVS, PLEASE figure out how to handle the volume, you are losing business by not adapting. Hire a person to ANSWER YOUR PHONE... Install a call back system... hire some more people... expand the pharmacy... This is your BUSINESS, right? Don't just struggle with X prescriptions a day when you can do 1.5X if you just think about business. To be honest, the people here are really nice, they seem to be working really hard. They seem to be accurate and quick, once you get to your position in the que... So it's not their fault. ~Brad
