Refused to allow me to take MY MONEY from MY ACCOUNT even though the money was there. Ended up going to the Fort Mill location. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH. I've banked with Wells Fargo for 15 years and because of this, I have opened an account with Bank of America and will be using them from this moment on. All my accounts will be closed with Wells Fargo.

The bRanCH mAnAGer Sal is absolutely the most condescending human being I have ever encountered. This individual should not be in a position where he is required to speak to customers. After being declined a transaction I asked him to call his supervisor to have them confirm that what he was saying was accurate. He informed me that his supervisor was iN meEtinGS ALL dAy as offensively as possible and refused to connect me with someone else to confirm what he was saying. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2013 and this may be the end of my relationship with the bank - In the words of Henry Wells himself: “We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: courtesy.” - Henry Wells 1864.

I tried to reach them over phone several times no one answered . I walked into the branch and it took an associate several minutes before they came to attend me . I was literally frustrated . Joe asked me to take a seat in lobby as Vaishali was attending other customer . That's when my perspective towards staff changed because they were slammed with work. Every staff member was running around to get things done . They joggling with their work and handling customer . Vaishali and Joe was very patience with me and got my purpose of visit taken care.

Every time I have to go into this bank branch, the employees exceed my expectations! Today I needed a wire transfer urgently, and the bank manager Lucy Haralambous went out of her way to help me. I didn't have an appointment, and instead of ridiculing me about not having an appointment, she was extra nice and explained that their online system can make it difficult to understand whether or not you need an appointment - and she also offered me her phone number and email if I ever need anything in the future. She got the transfer done for me quickly and it was a delightful experience! Kudos to Lucy for doing such a great job and representing the Wells Fargo brand so well. She is the reason I will always bank here!

I have to start by saying it is very frustrating not being able to reach anyone by phone these days and more frustrating when their website says click to make an appointment and then " None available" is displayed. With all that said, I had a very pleasant encounter with Courtney at this location on a Saturday as I stopped in to set up accounts for my two teenagers. After being very frustrated at another branch for lack of customer service, Courtney was very polite and accomodating. She assisted Jordon on our new accounts and made sure we understood how they worked and was exactly what every company would desire for their front line specialist. Thank you for treating us like people and not just another number.

I absolutely adore this bank. They are always on my side! I’m 21 and still getting the hang of banking. Catherine and everyone else there continue to help me in every way possible and always answer all my questions in detail! And believe me, I ask A LOT of questions! I never ever feel judged there and I find myself always leaving with a smile! I cannot thank this specific Wells Fargo enough for all they’ve taught!! I recommend this bank to anyone!! Thank you so much Wells Fargo!!!

I went to the drive through to cash a Wells Fargo issued check that was less 350.00 this week. The teller advised me that the check was out of series and refused to cash the check. She then told me to call customer support. When I called customer service they advised me that I shouldn’t have been given those instructions and to go back to the bank. I went to another branch locally and had no issues cashing the same check. The teller waisted my time by not being knowledgeable about her job.

I have never been more disappointed in my local Tega Cay Sc Wells Fargo branch and I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I’ve been calling this branch for over an hour today with no one answering the phone… and no option to leave a message… I’ve called 35 times so far! Unfortunately I am not in town to go to my branch.. so have no choice other than to keep Calling.

I can see a number of negative reviews and perhaps they're deserved but this branch has been nothing but professional and helpful to my mother and me after the death of my father. I live out of state and it isn't the easiest thing to guide my mother through some of her banking issues so I am very grateful for their help. In the interest of full disclosure, I will add that my wife has had nothing but trouble with the Wells Fargo branches in our home state that she's needed to deal with for her sister's estate.

Avoid this location, it's been nothing but a headache dealing with them. The customer service is atrocious, spoke with the service manager because the branch manager wasn't in. Most useless person, just wanted to keep repeating herself instead of actually addressing the complaint and issue. Wells Fargo's customer service as a whole as declined significantly over the years. Will be looking into banking somewhere else!
