The bRanCH mAnAGer Sal is absolutely the most condescending human being I have ever encountered. This individual should not be in a position where he is required to speak to customers. After being declined a transaction I asked him to call his supervisor to have them confirm that what he was saying was accurate. He informed me that his supervisor was iN meEtinGS ALL dAy as offensively as possible and refused to connect me with someone else to confirm what he was saying. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2013 and this may be the end of my relationship with the bank - In the words of Henry Wells himself: “We have one very powerful business rule. The amount of SNOBBERY I was just subjected to is disturbing. I don’t deal with personal checks on a daily basis and to be honest I can’t even remember the last time I handled one. But this woman with whom I had to interact with was just outright rude with no self preservation. Even when I explained to her I wasn’t knowledgeable about how personal checks are handled.. definitely check your staffs etiquette when it comes to interactions with customers. ~Justina
