The amount of SNOBBERY I was just subjected to is disturbing. I don’t deal with personal checks on a daily basis and to be honest I can’t even remember the last time I handled one. But this woman with whom I had to interact with was just outright rude with no self preservation. Even when I explained to her I wasn’t knowledgeable about how personal checks are handled.. definitely check your staffs etiquette when it comes to interactions with customers. ~Justina
