I bought a jewelry set, earring & necklace from Norbu a week ago. I wore the set for the first time to work. The earrings were so light one side fell off while I was walking to work. I didn't realize it fell until the other side fell out and got caught on my shirt. I was upset because it cost almost 150 and it was my first time wearing them. I now had no earrings on to match my outfit on a Monday morning which I spent time coordinating the look. I went to Norbu today to explain to them the earrings did not come with backing nor did they provide it. I was told that backings were provided which is a lie, the dishonesty from the sales clerk was shocking as this was not my first purchase from this store. She also informed me that I can possibly have a replacement for half the price with shipping cost added. My advice to anyone, don't waste your money for poor, dishonest service. Norbu you will not get any sale from me ever again. Because of your dishonesty and lack of assistance to a customer that bought from you and intended to continue buying, that you treated this way; you may not have longevity in business. Catbird is opposite this store, go there they have excellent service and good quality. Truly disappointed.

I’ve bought jewelry here since 2012 and always try to support small business when I can. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. It’s a great shop for all price ranges and for gifts. They have a great collection of jewelry that is curated well!

There is a great selection of handmade, fine and more casual jewelery at Norbu that can satisfy any price point. The staff is very helpful and friendly and goes out of the way to provide essential information to help you make a decision! The price points are a huge seller as I was able to replace a broken gold chain for $120 dollars (other more mainstream stores were charging over $300 for less stylish similar chains).
