If you go into a bank no one greets you at the front door you look around no ones there to help you sit down and wait but no one approaches you to ask what you need then you know thats bank is the wrong bank

Terrible customer service. They shut down door in front of me cuz of snow. Like we really live in Florida?! Plus they didnt even ask what I want. I needed immediately deposit money on my account . Not a big deal but they shut ATM down in front of me. So I ended up sitting and waiting for 30 min. This is how you care about customer?!

A lot of hate on here... I never recieve that at this location. They greet you (security too) verbally. Ask directly if you need specific help. Professional, knowledgeable and when they don’t know they don’t to pretend not to and willingly direct you to someone who does. Most reliable ATM in the city that aint at a cornerstore or gas station.

Left my card at the ATM machine. Called and they said they had it, and I could pick it up. I come in the next day and they said it was thrown out. Issued me a new card, which is frustrating because I have multiple bills on auto payment for the lost card. And then they cancelled the new card the next day, so I have to come in again for a third card. Some mismanagement going on here.

leave a note to pick up the card, staff there just ignored it and the delivered card flew away in the air. Wait for new password for more than necessary delivery period. Not user-friendly definitely and time consuming.

I had to make an international transfer to hold a date for my wedding in Madrid. The hotel where the transfer was going to said they never received the wire transfer after 2 WEEKS. I had to call the PNC branch and supposedly, after 2 weeks, the manager "just" received an email telling him it never went through. So, 2 weeks after I sent the transfer, I had to call YOU about the problem? You are not gonna call and tell me something was wrong? And for 2 weeks that the transfer didn't go through you didn't credit back my money? Plus, the date to hold the wedding could have been jeopardized. This bank is probably okay to go to and do simple things like deposits and withdraws, but not anything more.
