I typically get my hair done at a salon but my stylist is out on maternity leave and my hair was desperate for a trim. I would not go here for anything major, literally just a trim is all I would ever trust. During my wait I watched multiple men get their hair cut and they all looked good though. I saw Jonathan and he did a decent job. check in was easy. He talked way too much to the other stylists so a simple trim (no layers) took 45 minutes. It’s like he was moving in slow motion. That’s my only complaint is how slow he moved bc he was too busy talking about how busy he is working 🙄 Service: Haircut

Everyone here always does a really great job and the staff have all been super nice. Until today. A young mom came in with her young son who looked like needed some serious help with his hair. The poor baby cried the whole time while the super patient stylist trying to fix it all and the mom trying to distract her son to help with the process. Fast forward to them leaving. One of the stylists there decided it would be a good idea to share her thoughts of the new experience . Mind you, she had nothing to do with the child and another stylist did. Saying the most disgusting things like “we don’t get paid enough for that crap” , “I would have taken that child in the back like my mother used to do me”, “she shouldn’t have brought her kid here” and on and on. You should be absolutely disgusted with yourself. You look up there in age so it must be hard remembering what it’s like to have small children, especially those strong willed ones who don’t always act like angels. I let the sweet stylist cut my sons hair and left. I promise we won’t be back. Lady, maybe it’s time to retire because your words today were shameful and disgusting. I’m glad the young mom and her beautiful son didn’t hear you. Service: Haircut

Went for a simple haircut. Cut off way more than I asked for and made it incredibly uneven. Had to go to another location to have them fix it.

I went on a busy weekend and maybe I would have gotten a better haircut if they weren't so stacked up. By the time I left they were telling people it was a 2-hour wait. The haircut was okay. I was just basically getting a clipper cut and there were still hairs sticking up past the cut line. It's not a terrible thing, but it's not a great haircut. It was an okay haircut. The place was okay. The haircut was okay. The price was really cheap. That was great. But it isn't about the price. It's about my hair.

So my first experience at this Great Clips location, was Wonderful! I came in upset that my hair cut at my previous Barber was not correct or even of good value(sorry Sport Clips, you just are worth the Money); My second haircut at Great Clips, not a Positive Experience. The front of my Hair was butchered, like I told her it was perfect and then she went back and cut off so much more, before I could stop her. I am really upset, because she had the cut correct but went bank and ruined it. I actually didn't notice quite how bad she did until I got home, otherwise I probably wouldn't have paid her for it. It's uneven and way to short in the front. But the first Hair Cut was outstanding! I will certainly go back, it hurts less paying 20 for a Bad Hair Cut; But Tamika wont be cutting my Hair Again, I am certainly going to request the first Stylist. I just wish I had seen how uneven and short Tamika had actually cut my Hair, because it's really upsetting now that I am at home and have brushed it out and styled it. Don't get me wrong I get it, accidents can happen, cutting Hair is tricky and it wont come out the same every time, but stop means stop. Sigh :-( But as I said, it hurts less paying the 20.00 then it would have if the same mistake occurred at Sport Clips or any other over priced Barber Shop. Ill certainly come back; I guess I just can't be as relaxed about which stylist I allow to cut my Hair. The Price is well appreciated, I am hoping this is just a fluke :-) Service: Haircut

The wait was ridiculous, considering we checked in online, but Heather did a great job cutting my son's hair. Barely took anything off at 1st but she was fine with cutting it again to make it shorter. Did awesome working with his front collick (spelling!?)

My normal hair cutting place was closed today and I found y'all. I had an amazing visit and love my hair cut. The staff was so amazing. This might be my new place to come. And the price was amazing. I had a great time waiting. Service: Haircut

I know the whole you get what you pay for theory that is often used when touting a high price salon. I have had nothing but bad luck with those high price salons. When it comes to just a simple haircut, honestly great clips has always done an amazing job. I took my youngest child into one of the higher priced salons where she told them exactly what she wanted and they did something completely different. So once it grew out a little we went to Great clips and she told them exactly what she wanted and got exactly what she wanted. For a quarter of the price.

Called in and after I showed up I registered and then sat there for 30 minutes and they called three other customers who arrived after me. It appears that unless you check in online they really don’t want your money! I went across the street to cost cutters hair salon. Those wonderful folks had me in a chair and cutting my hair within two minutes of my arrival! The contrast in customer service was amazing! I do highly recommend cost cutters and I will never be back to great clips. I have been using great clips for over six years. I will not be back!

This has to be the worst haircut I have ever had! If I wanted it to be done wrong or poorly I would have done it myself. I have been going to this location off and on for over 13 years.... this has to be the worst. I know that there has been losses and turn over, but you need to do better. I told the gentleman 4 times how I wanted it to cut, confirmed it with him, and he still did not do it right. Loyal customer lost! Service: Haircut
