Just got a shampoo & cut. They were short handed so she couldn't style my hair. I got home & it looked way too short, my family said it looked like she just put a bowl on my head & cut atound it!!! After I took a small curling iron to it, it did look really good!!!

Really upset with the outcome! It didn’t look terrible at the salon, but I know something didn’t feel right. When I got to school everyone started pointing out what was wrong with my hair. I was sent to the back with a girl with purple hair, I don’t quite remember her name I don’t even think I was told. I just wanted my undercut freshened up, and my split ends cut. Mind you I have a lot of layers. Instead of trimming my pre-existing layers when I got home I realized she just cut straight across my back. Leaving me with only my bangs. Not only that, but my undercut was terrible. I don’t even know what to say. It was splotchy and had a weird shape. I also have curly hair. She kept saying that she knew that my hair would shrink up if she wet it, but continuously brushed my hair out dry which is STILL going to be longer than my normal state. I got home and it was way shorter than I wanted. I hope she is shown this review. I feel like people like this should not have a cosmetology license. Services: Haircut, Curly hair

It's always kept very clean. All employees very friendly to all. You can just walk-in or go online & sign in, quicker. I perfere a special hair stylist because I started several yrs. Ago & she's always did very good, so call ahead days I'm free to see her hours. Great prices & great location in Easley.

I like the fact that I can get in and out of here quickly, even on a busy day. I've always gotten nice cuts here. The prices are very good! The communication skills of each hairdresser could be better and a bit more discreet. However, if privacy is extremely important to you as a customer, go to a personally owned business where you have a scheduled appointment just for you. At this business, you get fast and friendly service, many hairdressers, and conversations happening all around for anyone to hear.
