Came here to get my bridesmaid dress altered. Christie makes you pay when you first drop off your clothing which is a little questionable. Before I dropped off my dress I made sure there weren't any stains on it and when I picked it up there was a stain on it. When I pointed the stain out to Christie she said that it was from the oils on my skin....she did not offer any sort of discount. Makes sense as to why she makes people pay upfront before seeing the end product. Wedding is in 7 days and now I need to figure out how to not ruin the dress by getting the stain out. I do not recommend this business. Service: Alterations

They did a good job on hemming 2 pair of pants for me at a very fair price in a timely manner. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

If I could give her more than five stars I would! I ordered my bridesmaid dress over seven months ago and it was backordered. In between that time frame I had gained 20 pounds. The dress came in three weeks before the wedding and I didn't have a prayer of getting it to fit. Christie fixed my dress in two weeks and was so unbelievably kind and professional. My dress had to be taken out four inches and you cannot even tell! I feel beautiful in my dress and I am so impressed with her service. Thank you! Service: Alterations

I got two pair of jeans altered here. Jeans never fit me right, but finally, I have jeans that do. Despite being really busy and it being right before the holidays, they still got them done super fast. Christie is very friendly and professional. The jeans themselves were not expensive, so I was a little apprehensive about paying more to alter them. After seeing the final result though, I definitely think it was worth it and will go here again. Service: Alterations

Christie does amazing work and I absolutely love how she transformed my wedding dress. I bought a dress that fit my waist but was 4 sizes too small in the chest. In addition, I wanted the original triangle cups to be more of a sweetheart shape. Christie was able to take in the entire chest despite the delicate fabric and sequin detail. She was also able to detach the lace straps, round the cups to make a sweetheart neckline, and reattach the straps to lift up my chest. She literally created a whole new top half of a wedding dress. In addition, Christie did a perfect job shortening my dress which involved detaching the very detailed lace skirt, shortening the middle section and reattaching. Lastly, Christie was able to offer me a good price on all of the changes and completely a lot of work in about 2 months. Overall I am ecstatic with how my dress turned out and I felt confident in Christie's work the whole time. She's an expert and the best in the business. You can tell right away and I knew my wedding was in good hands right from the beginning.

Christie and her team are the absolute best! I have a very small frame and it is difficult to get things to fit me perfectly. However, everything I have brought in has been transformed into a garment that fits me like a glove! She’s got an amazing eye for detail and impeccable customer service even when there is a bit of a crowd! Give them a try, you won’t regret it! I’ve had two bridesmaids dresses altered for two different weddings. Christie did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. I got it as a sample sale so it needed some work. Beading needed to be sewn back on in addition to the alterations. She put in special buttons underneath my dress so it could be bustled instead of having to wear a loop around my wrist the whole night. On top of that, she was able to fix the tear in my mom's veil so I could wear it for my ceremony. The level of care and customer service here is great! I would definitely use them again!
