Everyone here always does a really great job and the staff have all been super nice. Until today. A young mom came in with her young son who looked like needed some serious help with his hair. The poor baby cried the whole time while the super patient stylist trying to fix it all and the mom trying to distract her son to help with the process. Fast forward to them leaving. One of the stylists there decided it would be a good idea to share her thoughts of the new experience . Mind you, she had nothing to do with the child and another stylist did. Saying the most disgusting things like “we don’t get paid enough for that crap” , “I would have taken that child in the back like my mother used to do me”, “she shouldn’t have brought her kid here” and on and on. You should be absolutely disgusted with yourself. You look up there in age so it must be hard remembering what it’s like to have small children, especially those strong willed ones who don’t always act like angels. I let the sweet stylist cut my sons hair and left. I promise we won’t be back. Lady, maybe it’s time to retire because your words today were shameful and disgusting.
