Best mobile phone repair shop in Greenwood, South Carolina (SC) 2024

I had a HP computer screen crack. Took them the monitor, they quoted me $399.99+tax. Very pricey being the computer was only $580 with tax. But I needed it fixed. They said pay half on the spot and one week itll be ready. One week passes. My boyfriend checks on the computer and its not ready. The screen they ordered was a bad screen! How?! Okay no worries, was told one more week. That passes and AGAIN the screen is no good! Was told 4 more days. I want risking it because I had found a lower quote and better time frame right down the street. I asked to pick it up along with the $200. Not only did Chris have a nasty attitude but he proceeds to snap and say he'll give me to computer but I am only entitled to $140 back. Why?! Because there's a $60 diagnostic fee! I advise to stay away with big repairs! ~Amber
