Where to start. The parking lot is horrible, NEVER any carts available, bare shelves, only self checkout open, and staff who actually show up for work are clearly burnt out. Been going to this place for ten years and the past 1.5 years have been terrible. Even during COVID it was better than this. I will now go out of my way to go to the Walmart down the road by park west.

Zero cashiers. Forced self-checkout. Got dragged here and it did not disappoint. Worse than I had expected. My only hope is that everyone steals at least one item forced to self check out. I literally had all four members of my family tag team to get us out of that long line and not impede the multiple people behind us. And of course there was no produce code for the watermelon. What would you do if there were no employees around to ask for help?

I was calling to simply explain that the non slip shoes that I have purchased from you twice now in three days are not slip resistant what so ever. I nearly fell when I walked into my restaurant at 8am and cannot leave as I am the only manager here.. how ever I was hung up on three times before being able to even speak to a manger.. "Melissa" who immediately patched me to the shoe department and of course no one is there. So now I'm angry because I am stuck in this situation as you are selling false products. My restaurant is heavily monitored digitally and if I get hurt at this point I will just call my attorney. Since No one wants to handle the situation and I was friendly. As well as my calls are recorded so I have that as well. This is your one heads up.

This Walmart had a good selection of products, but that's about all I can say that was positive about it. There were no carts inside. I had to go out to grab one from a corral. Right inside the door six employees were all standing talking to one another. Not a one even offered anything when I was talking to another customer about the lack of carts. At checkout half the self serve registers were out of order. They only had two traditional registers open. The one employee in charge of the self checkouts was randomly helping customers in no particular order.

Terrible experience with one customer service person they call "Ebony"! No one will give her real name "against store policy". So, when you try to complain, you have no name. She was beyond rude, loud, and disrespectful! All this was done in front of a line of people behind me. Another woman heard me ask to speak to a manager, and she said to me that she also wanted to speak to one, because she had the same problem, with the same girl named Ebony. We waited over 25 to 30 min., and no one showed up to speak with us. I had to go and search for one myself. I felt that these are friends looking out for each other, protecting her name, even though she appaligized for Ebony's behavior. This is unacceptable! And I will be calling corporate.

I frequent this Walmart in north Mount Pleasant at least 2 to 3 times a week. There are so many great people that work at this store, but I wanted to recognize one of the associates that is always there and she never stops working. Miss Virgie stocks wherever is needed in the store. I see her literally all over the store and whatever area she is in, it is stocked. On my last visit, she was there late in the day and she started at 5 am that day. That day was at least 16 hours and she was still in a great mood and moving as fast as she could go. She is a pleasure every time I see her and I always look forward to seeing her. I know the store is short handed, but you never hear her complain. What an awesome person she is and an unbelievable ambassador for Walmart!!

Dirty unorganized terrible customer service. Prices of items not posted on shelves correctly so u get a price difference at the checkout. Zero buggies at entrance area. All buggies are strewn throughout parking lot taking up parking spaces. Yesterday Customer service line was backed up almost to the entrance door. As i entered the store I ask an employee where I might find an item. She made eye contact with me then walked off in the direction, of all places, to the customer service desk! Unbelievable!! I will not shop at this Walmart store again. However, I will continue to use the pharmacy only. I have always received prompt friendly and very efficient service at this pharmacy.

They don’t work at all! I have a service animal never have a problem before , yesterday I had a big discussion with a girl at the entrees because my dog doesn’t have a service Jacket, when either I show her the ID and tag that the dog have on! Best part of all I did all my groceries and before leave she ask me for the recibe that I pay all!! Like I don’t understand if they don’t trust on you why they don’t do their jobs as a normal Cashier !!! We need more persons and no matching definitely

After shopping and looking to cash out. I noticed there were no open cashiers. Everyone had to use the self check out system. Okay, no problem. Yes, a huge problem!!! Half of the cash out machines were not functioning properly. The one attendant had a hard time getting them together. I was in line almost 30 minutes. Totally not acceptable! Very glad I'm just visiting and passing through the area.

This Walmart on this particular visit was extremely crowded, long checkout lines and low grocery inventory. Employees were doing their best to direct customers through self checkouts as they became available. It was around 730 pm EST or so and the non grocery side cash registers were all closed including self check out. On the Grocery side of the store the line to checkout moved slowly as it was 90% self checkout. I only remember seeing two staffed cash registers open and they were backed up as well.
