Couldn't find the things I went to buy. Hard to find workers. Nobody wants to work anymore! I get OTC drugs & $50 for food items. I've bought food there & the 3rd try; the cashier couldn't get my card to scan, so I've never been able to use my Clover Ins. Healthy Choice.

I have been going to this walmart for 8 years.. I don't like how all the check outs are now self check out. But my big thing is there's hardly no.where to walk when the store is crowded because you have these boxes stacked up everywhere with a tiny area to push a cart. Most of the time I ask for help people are snobby to me or my family.

If there was an option for 0 stars I’d pick that! Walmart goose creek shoppers if you so online shopping with pick up do NOT use this Walmart! ONLY WALMART IN TOWN THST TAKES 24 hours to get your order! It’s disgusting. It’s been going on for months and they don’t care! Don’t waste your time talking to general manager because they don’t care! It’s a shame! They are always huddled but never working yet they have the nerve to say they are busy!

Don’t do curbside pickup unless you plan on waiting for minimum three hours. The pickup call line will not be answered. Leave a voicemail if you feel like wasting your breath. If you call the store to speak with a person, it will ring for about 7 minutes and then they promptly hang up on you.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I was recently injured and cannot walk. So naturally I ordered groceries online. It is currently 9 PM. They were supposed to be delivered at 10 AM. Not only do I still not have my groceries, but no one has contacted me. I’ve called the store (at various extensions over the course of several hours) no one had answered the phone except for the auto center (who answered my boyfriends call). I was told they went to the dispatch area and he was “assured” that my order was put on the truck that was currently loading. This happened 3 times over the course of 4 hours. I have never been so disappointed. I hope this location is shut down. Or at least has a serious reorganization. Obviously whatever management structure they have does not work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

Easy to park, easy to shop. Service is good on the grocery side, but several times I can't get help in sporting goods and especially the paint department.

Pickup wait times are absolutely horrible, waited over an hour for them to continuously tell me “you’re next”. After an hour, I was told that they lost the order and would have to redo the entire order. That’s fine, but they knew that the order wasn’t able to be found for that whole hour they told me I was “next”, I could have saved myself a lot of time. The store is always a mess as well. Stuff strung throughout, no organization, things are consistently out of stock. Employees tend to be young with no guidance or actual management in sight. They seem to not want to do their job, always on phones, rude, and lazy. Maybe they’re low staff, but there are a ton of good people needed jobs, they just must not be hiring.

Wow, what a s**t show grocery pick up is! No one answers the phone. They wait until you arrive to delay your order then never give you an update. Don’t order your pick at the end of the day cause they will delay it until you cancel and they don’t have to worry about.

This is the main place I go to shop and for the most part they always have what I need/want. I understand that with this economy and supply and demand that they won't always have everything but it never dissappoints me. I will say some workers could do better, lot's of times I go in and see a big group of workers just joking around. And not to mention that it's mainy just elf checkout but lately a lot of machines have been down for maintenance reasons. I will say if you're not going to have more people at registers, then make sure the self checkout machines work. But all in all. I really don't have a problem with this store. They are doing what they can in this day and age and I respect them and the workers for what they do.

We paid for one year of grocery delivery service from the store and over the past several months we’ve been able to schedule a grocery delivery, purchase the groceries, and wait anywhere from two days to one week for the delivery only to have it canceled by the store or a driver or some other unexplainable reason. Each time we are put in touch with a customer service associate from out of the area that doesn’t have adequate information from the system/store. Goose Creek Walmart doesn’t appear to feel the need to hold anyone accountable or show empathy for the inconvenience, frustration, or lack of customer support. The entire situation is unsatisfactory. I want a refund for my full year of delivery service and I hope to persuade any other customers considering this service to reconsider.
