The guy working the counter straight up lied to me about a prepaid package to get me to pay $3. I had an email that I showed him, he took my phone, said yea Ill have to pay for them to print the label. He knew there was a button in the email (that I found after I already left the store) that will show the barcode and that is all they need to ship. EDIT: the email specifically said "You can print the label, email it to someone else, or generate a label using a barcode on your phone." I asked the person how to get it off my phone, they took my phone, click some stuff, and said it wouldnt work. After I got home, I realized the Get Label in the email was actually a link to get the barcode, not a title of a paragraph. The person should have known (being their daily job) that the text was actually a link OR the store is pushing people to scam every dollar they can from as many people as possible (which large retail corporations definitely do, I've worked for some)

Why was this important to me because shipping the package would have cost more than the contents inside. They also assured me that it would get there by Saturday just in time for Easter. I have been there like multiple times to get my things done which would take long time. Magi got it done very quickly even though I was there in most busiest times. She is the special one. While in there, I witnessed the following: The old Ups lady speaking very mean to the old woman who was having problems with an attachment that she had sent to herself. Then charged her like $6 for like 4 copies that you could tell she wasn’t happy with. The entire time the Ups lady was giving her mean looks. Also, witness man being rushed just so they could get tho the next customer. By the way you could tell that he was what he was getting notarized was very important. This is not right. This location needs new employees and new management!
