I returned a package to Amazon from Kohl's the process was simple, I handed the worker my phone and she scanned the QR code and the package was processed to be returned to Amazon. The customer service was great. I was in and out with no issues. The customer service desk was easy to find. I had no issues getting in or out of the store with my wheelchair.

Came in for last minute Father's day gift for my husband and was reminded as to why I haven't shipped here in almost 2 yrs. The cashiers are slow and could care less how long you stand in line. I don't recommend this store as a good place to shop.

Walking in, juggling a toddler and an infant in a car seat, Becky came from behind her check out counter to grab us a cart and help us get situated before beginning our shopping. Then at check out, she was so pleasant, asking about the kids and chatting with my little girl. She overall made our shopping outing very pleasant. I hope she's working next time we stop in!

Another great shop at Kohl's. I went and got an outfit for a cookout today. Thank you Gordan, Judy, and Nelly for such excellent Customer service and being do helpful and kind. Senior discount is on Wednesday. Great prices 75% off on most clearance items. Social distancing is in place, All carts wiped handicap accessible parking and entrance. I have been shopping here 8 years and they have name brand clothing at bargain prices.👖👕 I got a pair of jeans and a T shirt for $10.68 regularly $65. Amazon pickup and drop off. Love this ❤️ store!!!

So many nice options to choose from in the sale aisle for shirts and sweaters but not impressed with their plus size collection. Very small and just plain options with not a lot of pants sizes.

Went to pick up an online order of patio furniture. Two of the chairs were scratched so I asked if they had more. Who I assume was the manager was super rude, talking under her breath, huffing and puffing about getting replacement chairs. When she brought the chairs out, she went straight back inside. Maybe if she didn't bang the chairs around when she was mad, they wouldn't be all scratched. Just a thought. On a positive note, the guy emptying the trash helped load everything up for us and was super nice. He and the manager should switch jobs.

Another great find at Kohl's. I got another two piece outfit from SO for $10. . I got an orange sweatshirt previously for $.85 cents with my birthday cash and 20% coupon regularly $20. Tek Gear. I got a pair of skechers for $20 and 20% off! I just love this store. I have a charge and a Yes to You card. Always find a bargain here, not crowded, friendly and fast service. Helpful clerks Conveniently located, plenty of parking. Social distancing in place, hand sanitizer and clean carts. Name brand merchandise.👟👕👓👖👜👙

With sales and/or coupons you can get good prices on a wide range of men’s clothing. Several dressing rooms and while the checkout line can get long especially around holidays the line usually moves quickly.
