Best department store in Greenville, South Carolina (SC) 2024

The shopping experience was turned around when I found out when you go out the door the alarm goes off and the buggies won't go out the door might be a small issue to some people but to me the whole point of alarm going off like you stealing and you just spent almost $300 it's kind of defeating the whole purpose of the shopping I think they should lift their customers must know that she cannot take the buggies out the store beforehand ~Nikia

Came in for last minute Father's day gift for my husband and was reminded as to why I haven't shipped here in almost 2 yrs. The cashiers are slow and could care less how long you stand in line. I don't recommend this store as a good place to shop. ~Melanie

Placed a delivery order for between 4-5pm. Order never showed and only communication was that it was delayed. No one ever contacted me. It is now 9:23pm and still no groceries! Tried to call the store relentlessly to no avail. Tried the live chat feature - the representative tried to call the store and couldn’t get through either. Very ghetto 0/10 ~Kelli
