My friends and I decided to have lunch at the Rochester DQ. The place was busy from start to finish and I just want to recognize that the three individuals working here are ON THE BALL! They managed to take orders (here, online, and on the phone) , clean tables, cook, fill orders (for here, to go, and Doordash), wait on tables and clean ALL WHILE SMILING AND BEING FRIENDLY! This team is amazing!!! Keep up the good work!

Didn’t want to leave abad review because it’s not the workers fault, ITS THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PLACE AND OBVIOUSLY NOT WILLING TO PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES A FAIR WAGE IN ORDER TO GET THEM TO WORK. Last 3 times I’ve went here ( I really wish there was another dq close) the small order took 20-25 minutes for a couple blizzards. They were so backed up with orders and only 2 people working. One taking orders and one making orders. Instead of working together, they were both doing their own thing which lead to many people waiting. Train better, have your team members stop taking orders, catch up on making the already placed orders and then take new orders. They were lost and I wont be back until they have hired more help. Pay your employees a fair wage and they will Show up. Funny Chik fil a not having staffing shortages. Don’t let these businesses fill you thinking its the workers fault. They all make enough to pay their employees a fair wage, they CHOOSE not to, and choose to make the employees AND customers suffer instead

Stood in line for 7 min got there at 854 and after standing in line, inside the establishment. was told at 9 o'clock they will not serve anyone else as google says they are open till 915 im going to blast this establishment as best as I can bc if ur closed I should not be inside the building this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen as a business and I will never be back. Furthermore the kid working the register was told not to serve anyone else and never said nothing to the ppl standing in line for another 5 min. Absolutely terrible management 🙄

Stopped at DQ today to get a large butterfinger blizzard. Got home and no candy in it!!! $6.88 20 oz. Sorry found the candy at the very bottom of the cup and not blended. Hope they are not paying for incompetent help!

Great service. Waited in my truck for them while it was being prepared. They brought it out to us when it was ready.😁 Fresh, hot, cooked perfectly. Tried the new chicken bite basket. They were good.

Went inside, purchased cookie dough ice cream cake. The clerk behind desk frosted 'Happy Birthday' on it. The cake looked great but tasted expired. Already had it cut up couldn't return. Check date, had freezer taste to it, price was $29.99!
