Dont have the guy who looks like a wwe rejected brock Lesnar deal with checks for you, he never listens to what you ask or need done, he will just do transactions his way and is very very rude. This has happened on multiple instances and hes usually the one who works Saturdays. Hope management will address this because he doesnt have supervisors that work with him you can speak with about situations with him. ~Travis

Yummy food. Staple of my child hood. Don't eat there often because of the grease but take off the "yummy battered coating" and it helps cut the carbs as well as grease intake and still tastes great! I toss out the hushpuppies too. Blech ~Angel

This home town store used to be my primary stop, but post pandemic the lines to get out are ridiculous most of the time, the prices like everywhere else are out of control, and you get attitude from most employees, truly hope this changes for the better soon.. ~dave

Upon moving to Pittsburgh from CA much of my health care has been spotty and inconsistent. I am very pleased to say Rochester has been the best pharmaceutical care I have ever received and I am so very grateful that my 30 years of HIV care has been accented in such a great way. Thank You! ~Anna

We signed up last year b\c our previous company was unreliable. Fortunately this winter wasn't bad in Philly but even the few days it snowed these guys were here before our employees. I'm posting this Review b/c someone just called me from SNow & Ice and was so nice that we renewed for another 2 years. ~Gary

My friends and I decided to have lunch at the Rochester DQ. The place was busy from start to finish and I just want to recognize that the three individuals working here are ON THE BALL! They managed to take orders (here, online, and on the phone) , clean tables, cook, fill orders (for here, to go, and Doordash), wait on tables and clean ALL WHILE SMILING AND BEING FRIENDLY! This team is amazing!!! Keep up the good work! ~Rachel

The staff were very friendly. My order was made in a reasonable time. The pizza was very good. The cheeses and pepperoni were a very good amount. The only thing for me is the amount of sauce, almost none. So if your like me you may wanna ask for extra. ~Gee
