We signed up last year b\c our previous company was unreliable. Fortunately this winter wasn't bad in Philly but even the few days it snowed these guys were here before our employees. I'm posting this Review b/c someone just called me from SNow & Ice and was so nice that we renewed for another 2 years.

An associate by the name Kevin was unwilling to give price, he really made it difficult and claimed they are not the cheapest. Kevin did not even bother to schedule me an appointment to come out to see the community that is needing service. Even stated that the owner Chuck would tell me the same thing. I never stated I needed the cheapest company. I just need a bid (prices) so that I can get an approval from my Corporate. I work for a corporate company that approves all new vendors. I will take my business elsewhere where they value new customer and potential business.

I will avoid contractor to stay away from this company they don’t want to pay your monthly payment. that is owned to you on a monthly basis. They want to rip you off. Stay away contractor. They don’t want to pay what is own to you they what to cancel the contact and not what to pay you the full amount.
