Horrible customer service. Everyone I’ve talked to at this store has been extremely rude and unhelpful. I love AT&T as a cell service provider but this store is the worst. Every time customer service tells me to come in to get something taken care of the managers say there’s nothing they can do, and “online customer service doesn’t know what they’re talking about”. I’ve heard this from three different managers now. It’s taken a month to get a phone replacement while they’ve given me the runaround and now it’s “too late” for them to replace it, even though it was their fault it took so long. And they talk down to me like I don’t know anything the whole time. Never a single apology for their mistakes, they get defensive and agitated. Go to any other store.

They knew I was in a hurry and didn't have a lot of time, so all of them were activating phones, transferring services from Verizon, putting on cases and screen protectors like and orchestra. I know its just a phone store but it was one of the best experiences I have had ever buying something. I added 3 lines and will be sending all my employees and family to get AT&T over any other carrier.
