Best cell phone store in Redmond, Washington (WA) 2024

When I arrived at the store I was in a state of frustration, after trying to get information online and chatting with a representative on my Verizon app. There was a representative available immediately to talk to at the store. I appreciate working person to person! This young man, Tyson, was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me that I was able to make my choices and feel comfortable with them. He went over everything I asked about, such as what would change in my bill, what the different phone models capabilities were and new features I needed to be aware of. All in all, a very satisfactory experience made better by an honest and personable employee! ~Lesley

Thanks to the staff at the Redmond AT&T Store in Redmond. I worked with Bryan who was great. Helpful and knowledgeable. I am a retired AT&T employee so I have been to this store several times. I have never bothered to write a review. This was by far the best experience. The entire staff was friendly and upbeat which demonstrates a great management style at this store.
