I just stopped here on my way to the mall to return some packages. The staff in particular store is super nice. They saw me struggling with packing an item and they volunteered to help me with it. They did it for me. Would recommend going to this store.

I have only been here a couple times but every time the staff has been very helpful, friendly, professional, and quick. I haven't been charged to pickup a package here and will continue to use this as my primary UPS store.

I love this UPS Store location. Whenever I come in for amazon returns or to ship out packages for my business, I am always greeted by the Store Manager Aldwin with an eager tone and positive energy! Their entire crew always does a great job of maintaining quick traffic flow and getting me in and out of the building as quickly as possible - with no fuss and no muss. The staff and crew of this UPS Store at the Renton Landing always makes my day whenever I come thru. They are happy to be there and the energy they are giving out always shows. Thank you Aldwin!

Have better customer service at the landing. I prefer to go to my usual one by my home because The landing ups guys is sad. Unprofessional and rude.

The man wearing the dress and lipstick was unprofessional and rude even to his coworkers, possibly could need a therapist or mental help, he clearly made everyone uncomfortable, asked unnecessary questions and made passive aggressive comments

Went for passport photo. Staff said I couldn't wear light colored shirt because it's a white background. Went across the street and bought a dark shirt I didn't need. Went back for photo. Got photo and you can barely see my shirt. Checked regulations and the passport site says no photo will be rejected because of clothing color....should have checked before I bought the shirt.

This is one of the worst run places i have ever dealt with. I called in to inquire about my package and was treated utterly and completely disrespectfully. I was hung up on twice. Then they refused to answer because i asked for their name and reference id. Initially he threatened to return my package because i told him that no delivery driver had been near my apartment complex. Then he started mumbling under his breath about entitled white people, started asking repeatedly if i wanted the number to corporate then hung up on me. I called back and asked for his name and reference number and he hung up and refused to answer the phone.

I use ups frequently for business and personal and there is a tall mixed guy that I worked with who refused to help me with my online receipt when I forgot my glasses with a long line out the door behind me and another female staff who was working very hard and very professional he said I’m taking to long and said it’s time for an intermission and walked off. Then proceeded to walk back and forth in front of me moving boxes around while I stood there and asked are you going to help me there is a long line. When the other female employee could she helped me as soon as she was able now handling the long line of customers alone and was nice enough to help me get my receipt and items processed from my phone. I thanked her for being so kind and professional and being the only one who helped me . The young man who was so rude to me came over and said I’m glad you got the right person to help you !! In an angry and very threatening voice. He honestly frightened me and made me very uncomfortable. I have to go there today and am very uneasy. Management was present and did nothing to correct his rude behavior.

I like UPS and ship frequently for business, but it seems like the staff at this location have no idea what they are doing. They made me pay for an additional box (that I know isn’t necessary for lithium batteries), forgot to ask a lot of important questions regarding insurance and other details of my shipment, and only gave me a receipt and not the normal tracking sticker.
