Got a sick kid that needs a prescription. Drive-through closed. So I park and walk inside. The prescription isn’t ready and I’m told it will be in two hours. Drive home. Get a text it is ready just as I get home (could have just waited). So, drive back. Get there at 1:32 and find out they are randomly closed from 1:30-2:00. This information is not posted to Google, their website, or any public apps. So I’ve wasted several hours of my day trying to get meds for my sick child. This is a very poorly run operation. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

This location treated us terribly, I will not return here. My husband tried to fill a prescription here yesterday afternoon, and the lady at the pharmacy counter accused him of having a fraudulent insurance card and tried to withhold his prescription. It was astonishing, and we have no idea why she would have behaved that way. We were able to fill the prescription elsewhere with no issues.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for 3 years. It's terrible. They always say they have the medication. Then 2 hours later they don't. What usually takes 20 mins takes 2-3 hours. It's never been a smooth transition. Rarely do I come here now.

I don't generally give 1's but in this case, I'm not only critiquing my experience with this store but also with the Rite Aid website. I've been trying to call this store for days. I even called when they first opened. When trying to reach the pharmacy, you have to press 3. It will try to transfer you but instead of continuing to ring, it, eventually, will send you back to the automated message, so I press 3 again. I did this for 12 minutes. No one picked up. I even had another person call at the same time just to see if one of us would get lucky. It then tried their online support but received the message, "Your chat request has been canceled because no agents are available". I tried to access my prescriptions but the "manage your prescriptions" button takes you to a missing page (Aka: 404). Even if I could access this page, I remember it not offering the ability to cancel prescriptions. After going up here and being ignored in the pickup window as people walked back and forth in front of it. We finally spoke up and were told, "We'll be with you in a moment". How about you just say that when you see the car? When we mentioned the experience we had calling, the person gave no apology and just said, "Yeah, we're understaffed". Since Rite Aid clearly shows an overall lack of care for their customers because they are understaffed, I suggest people give them less business as to lessen the burden on them and at the same time reminded that w/o customers, they won't have to worry about issues like these.

Been going to this pharmacy for about a year exclusively because it's one of the closest ones to me and most convenient to get to. Over that year, about 50% of the time I fill/refill a prescription something goes wrong. They've lost my insurance information, they didn't receive my refill request, the pharmacist wasn't able to finish it - its always something. I'm sick of the excuses, so I'll be sending my prescriptions elsewhere and happily making a longer trip to avoid these issues.

After visiting another pharmacy where no customers were waiting I was told that I would need to make an appointment for my Covid19 Booster shot, I went to Rite Aid, filled out a paper with my information, waited about 5 minutes and received my booster. I am IMPRESSED! I just transferred all of my prescriptions to Rite Aid in Fairwood, Renton, WA! Fantastic service!

Was in there today. I checked out with one person and husband checked out with other person, at the same time. He asked if they still do Money orders. One very quietly said no. Now I knew that wasn't true because we buy them every month. So I said, " you don't anymore or not today" they just stood silently. I said, excuse me neither of you are speaking. Then I asked again. One answered, not today.the other girl said she rarely works up front. OMG please train these people. The only time we don't have an issue in here, is when the manager is up front

The pharmacy staff has been really helpful to my family and I throughout the pandemic. Everything from getting tested multiple times, getting vaccinated, and even prescription pickups. The pharmacists and the staff always answered all our questions and concerned every time providing a great customer experience. I would recommend this Rite Aid location to anyone seeking good Pharmacy Experience.

If I could i would give this a zero. I had a medication changed over to this pharmacy since it’s nearby my house but the first time I called it took me nearly 20 min just to get to a pharmacist and they claimed they had been waiting for me to call them in regards to my insurance. So I had to call my insurance to get that resolved. I called back to tell them to run my insurance again, 20 min past and no answer and even the check out desk tried to put me on hold and nothing. I got fed up and hung and now I’m going to try another pharmacist. Don’t bother calling because you’ll never speak to a live person and who knows if you’ll get to talk to one when you walk in the door. Disappointing

I went to get vaccine from this pharmacy. The whole process was very speedy and efficient. Pharmacy manager Naitik Patel helped me with all the questions. I highly recommend this Rite Aid location.
