Rite Aid

I don't generally give 1's but in this case, I'm not only critiquing my experience with this store but also with the Rite Aid website. I've been trying to call this store for days. I even called when they first opened. When trying to reach the pharmacy, you have to press 3. It will try to transfer you but instead of continuing to ring, it, eventually, will send you back to the automated message, so I press 3 again. I did this for 12 minutes. No one picked up. I even had another person call at the same time just to see if one of us would get lucky. It then tried their online support but received the message, "Your chat request has been canceled because no agents are available". I tried to access my prescriptions but the "manage your prescriptions" button takes you to a missing page (Aka: 404). Even if I could access this page, I remember it not offering the ability to cancel prescriptions. After going up here and being ignored in the pickup window as people walked back and forth in front of it. We finally spoke up and were told, "We'll be with you in a moment". How about you just say that when you see the car? When we mentioned the experience we had calling, the person gave no apology and just said, "Yeah, we're understaffed". Since Rite Aid clearly shows an overall lack of care for their customers because they are understaffed, I suggest people give them less business as to lessen the burden on them and at the same time reminded that w/o customers, they won't have to worry about issues like these. ~Michael

Bartell Drugs

WARNING do not use this pharmacy!!! This pharmacy has really gone downhill in the last year or two. I had a really frustrating experience this morning, but it’s not an isolated occurrence. They never got my prescription my doctor sent over about a month ago, so my doctor resent it this morning. I went to go pick it up and was told it be ready in about an hour. I came back in an hour and a different lady told me would be another 45 minutes. I drove away and then got a text five minutes later that my prescription was ready. I turned my car back around to go pick it up and had to wait in line another 10 minutes. The same lady who had told me it was going to be another for 45 minutes appears to have zero sympathy for customers. She doesn’t even look at you in the eye and just says “I apologize” with a blank face. The least they could do is sympathize and try to make right. Gas is expensive these days and my time is certainly very valuable. I’ll be transferring all my prescriptions. ~Bri

Chase Bank

I met with Alex/Alejandro to take care of a hold that I had on my account that I've been dealing with for about a week now. I tried to call the 1-800 number that the app gave me multiple times but they were no help at all. But when I came into this actual branch, he patiently sat with me for over an hour trying to resolve the issue, even working through his lunch break. Walked me through every step of what would normally be a very stressful experience. One of the nicest employees I've ever spoken to at Chase. I wish the call center was this helpful as well. ~Ryan

Chase Bank

Worst experience ever at a bank was told I could t cash a check that was drawn from their bank. Assistant manager next to the teller wouldn’t even try to offer assistance. Rude and lack of customer service. ~consol

First Financial Northwest Bank - Main

Tried to use their app last week. It randomly requests that a verification code be sent to your phone or a representative calls with a verification code. Security measures are understandable but unsure how this is helpful as the code or call goes to a number of your choice. After several attempts and never receiving a code, I called the bank, and after being on hold for almost 10 minutes (hold times are ridiculously long; puzzling since the branch never seems overly busy and they always find time to hound me via text regarding various services they offer) a very nice representative “fixed” the problem. I was able to use the app but I received codes the next afternoon from my many attempts. Tonight I attempted several times to make a mobile deposit. Pictures of front/back of check were very clear but I got a message asking me to try again later (“later” as in after automatic withdrawals fail to clear my account because their system isn’t working?) as there was a system error. Been banking here for years and service used to be excellent but has gone steadily downhill. Their big remodel/update is meaningless if customers have to endure ridiculous hold times and their mobile banking is unusable and unreliable much of the time. A bank employee will respond to this with the usual generic and sappy response, I’m sure. Skip that and simply ensure your mobile banking system is usable and customers can reach a representative in a reasonable amount of time. Please. ~D.

Columbia Bank

Best customer service ever. I walked in there stressed out of my mind with a check from my grandparents, long story short I needed it broken into money orders to make all the crazy stuff I had to do possible and Tai really stepped up to the plate to help me. I was nervous and stressed and he kept the conversation light hearted and fun which eased my worry. He helped me complete everything I needed to have done. Not only did he help me get things squared away on Columbia's end, but he also waited on call for clarification from the other bank I was dealing with and when they didn't call HE CALLED ME to follow up and make sure everything was okay. Stunned, absolutely stunned and happy for such wonderful service, Tai thank you thank you thank you. ~Mckenzie
