Worst experience ever at a bank was told I could t cash a check that was drawn from their bank. Assistant manager next to the teller wouldn’t even try to offer assistance. Rude and lack of customer service.

Incompetence at its finest! Chase is the worst. Closed my accounts and would not tell me why. New cc was coming back declined all the time and I would call, hold, wait forever only for them to tell me it was working fine until the next time I would use it. High level Incompetence!! Now they have closed my accounts and my cc's. BUMS!! My credit score will recover. I will find a waaaay better bank BUT YOU GUYS WILL ALWAYS SUCK. I GOOGLED HOW MUCH A BRANCH MANAGER MAKES AND THAT IS WHEN I GOT THE LAST LAUGH!!! BOOM, ROASTED!!

This is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had. The manager did not know how to properly set up the type of account I needed (took three different appointments over the course of a couple of weeks) and they still did not set up the account properly. They then blocked my access to the account when they had no authority to do so. I’m very disappointed since I have banked at Chase for years. I plan to remove my accounts from Chase and do not recommend the managers at the Fairwood Chase branch.

Charged me $8 for a check they should have honored.....a payroll check from Chase..... Wells Fargo don't charge for cashing there own checks and to top it all off he tried to give me no receipt of transaction had to ask for it to see if he did his job right never going back to chase bank

Love this bank! I've been banking with Chase for a long time and have had great customer service always. Never had a problem with the staff. Even over the phone, customer service has always been excellent. Very rarily have I ever had trouble with the ATM. Great service all the way around!

I worked with a lady named Shamin. She provided horrible customer service and was rude. With a nasty attitude like she has, not sure how she has a job where respectful and helpful attitude is required (unless that is the Chase standard, which I doubt because other employees seem to be great at what they do). Just because of her, I would recommend not dealing with this particular branch.

The branch manager at this branch helped us to set up our accounts. We recently chose to open new accounts as a married couple and had a lot of options. When we went to chase we were greeted with friendliness and they have been nothing short of fantastic since we joined. Love this bank and love this branch!
