Nas was amazing and incredibly helpful. It's my first year at college and I shipped the majority of my things ahead of time. Nas was super helpful with figuring out the best and most efficient way to do this with regard to both time and cost! Is now my family's go to for shipping items. Highly recommend!

First time I've ever heard of a "dropoff" fee. For fully paid USPS packages -- that can be dropped off anywhere else for free -- this store charges $2/package. Save your money and drive up the street to a USPS drop box instead. When I said I'd go somewhere else, the clerk got really rude with me: "We're a business!" EDIT: From company: " Please kindly remove irrelevant reviews" -- this is not an irrelevant review, and no, I will not remove it.

I have been using Pak Mail for a little over a year now to ship out items for my company. The objects are large and delicate (think electronics) and need care when packing. Nas has been responsive and accurate with quotes he has given and all my packages have arrived in working order. Additionally he has got the packing part done quickly. I am so glad to have Pak Mail in my neighborhood. Great service for everyday shipping needs and other things you might not realize such as notary services (which is super easy and convenient - no appointment needed like you do at bank). And, most importantly, Naz (owner/operator) was a lifesaver after my mom passed away and I was shipping family heirlooms all around the country. It was a comfort knowing he cared as much about ensuring the safe delivery of the items as I did. I highly recommend for all jobs big and small!
