Fed ex left the packages in the lobby of my apartment complex instead of taking them to the apartment where they belong. When they leave them in the lobby they get stolen. We have called fed ex many times to tell them that the packages need to be taken to the apartment to which they are addressed to. But they don't care if they get stolen or not. It is fed ex responsibility to make sure we get our packages delivered to our appartments. This is like leaving an entire neighborhood packages in a pile down the street on the street corner. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that fed ex does that too.

I had a laptop being delivered for a new job, but I was away for a wedding when it was set to be shipped. I set a hold on my delivery then tried to re-route it to a different holding center. The shipping notifications updated saying the package would be late since shipping shuts down on weekends. I made it back on a Friday and went to the Hardeson Rd ship center to try to intercept the package, but because I had set the package to be re-routed, I created an awkward situation where the employees were not sure where the package was. I let them know my situation and Laura at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding. She was able to get a message to the warehouse workers letting them know to keep an eye out for my package and told me she would contact me if they were able to find it. I received a call and was able to pick it up the next day. Just wanted to leave a huge "THANK YOU!!!" to Laura and the other employees at this location. You do an awesome job and deserve a highlight!

I don't even know where to begin with this company. Especially this location. They are the most expensive carrier, and recently it has been insanely expensive. As expensive as it is, you would expect better service and functionality with the company. Here are my two experiences with this location. I own a small business. Deliveries, the ability to track them, and timeliness of those deliveries are very important. My business is located in a building that functions like an apartment building in that the offices are accessed by an elevator that takes you to the floors with businesses on them. All delivery companies know to use the elevator. Especially since we all get deliveries on a constant basis. Now, both of the deliveries I will be discussing are no signature required. My first issue was about 2 weeks ago when a delivery from Thailand was on its way. I was able to track the delivery online just fine. I was in office the days that they were to deliver the package. The day the package was to arrive, nothing happened. No one at my door, no call to my number, no package at my door, nothing. When I checked the tracking number, it said "package was undeliverable, business was closed or there was no access, an attempt will be made again." Hit repeat for the next day. Exact same situation. So, I called the FedEx customer service number and had them place a note for the delivery driver. The note was to ensure that he knew how to deliver the package to the building. We even have someone to hold packages. I explained that the elevator can take a while but they just need to wait. Aaaaand repeat again. Despite the note, it was said to be undeliverable due to closed business or undeliverable address and left at the distribution center that is very far away from where I work. And, I have only 2 business days to pick it up. Asked to see video footage of the times it was determined "undeliverable" or "business was closed" and no one was at my door or the building elevator one of the days, and another day they only waited for the elevator for seconds before leaving. They didn't wait for the elevator to come down. I go to the distribution center, and there was no one working at the front. I waited for about 10 minutes before a woman came in, no rush at all, very relaxed and slow. She was friendly, but was not knowledgeable of the machines. She was on the computer for a long time but very slow, and after 3 minutes she said "I am not sure how to look up your package I am going to the back." She went to the back, found the package, then had issues with the scanner, then finally could leave. Looked at the address, and the deliver address was correct on the label.

I have a package arriving from New York. They only use FedEx for their shipment (why any business would do that I really don't understand) so I paid and received a tracking order number about 2 days later for FedEx. Number didn't work. Over and over again, I would put the tracking number in and it would say that the tracking number did not exist. 1 week later, still nothing. So, I email the company wondering if I have a different tracking number or if they just had not shipped it yet. Nope. They sent it on the 13th, and on the 21st I was still not seeing any difference with tracking. I still had a "tracking number does not exist" message. On Thursday, I was in my office and heard a knock, only to be followed by a second knock immediately after the first one. I go to the door, took me maybe 10 seconds, and there is no one there. It creeped me out, so I asked the building manager to look at who it was at my door (again, we have cameras). She tells me it was a FedEx guy. No package at my door, no note, nothing coming up on the tracking number. So, he knocked the first time, then with only three second between intervals knocks the second time, waits only 5 seconds and then leaves. My experience is for them to knock, wait enough time for someone to go to the door, no answer they knock one more time, then leave it at the door or leave a note. Today, I check the tracking number again, and boom. It is live, with tracking info, and guess what: It said they tried to deliver it 3 times starting on Wednesday, final attempt made Friday. So, on the 21st the tracking number still came up as "doesn't exist" yet they were trying to deliver it. And yet again, I need to pick up the package in only 2 business days. So, essentially, the tracking number only came live when they held it at the station on Friday after their "third unsuccessful attempt". Mind you, I had been religiously checking that number every day. Now, I have to drive out of my way again. A 30 minute drive one way for me. I will definitely be talking to the manager at that location, but even more so, going higher up. This is not only extremely bad service, it is also expensive and poorly managed. If you are a business, please give other options for shipment than FedEx.

Why charge people overnight delivery fees and NEVER deliver on time? There’s always a DELAY in my packages! This is the 3rd time. Never using fedex AGAIN. Cheating people out of their money

My package was delayed, but FedEx customer service told me I could go in and pick it up. I traveled off Whidbey Island to go to this location, and when I got there, they refused to give me my package. Extremely disappointed.

Called the 1800 number and the robot and the lady who answered (which is good they have a human to answer the phone) both told me my package was here. Called the ship center... and they said it wasn't there! It was instead on its way from the Everett hub... and in fact was still waiting to be picked up from the hub. Called the 1800 number back, was told a different story about delays, backups, and I don't care. They delivered my package a day late because the driver didn't bring it to the ship center on time. Better than USPS but needs much improvement on package tracking. Where it's supposed to be vs. Where it actually is... is a mystery to them most of the time! Don't waste money paying for next day or over night if a weekends included... mmmkay. Thx.

I had an un-deliverable package that I was able to pick here up at this center. The man leaving intstructions on my phone was consise and the two females assisting me today were friendly and helpful. Despite having to drive to receive my package, it was easy and low stress.
