Best shipping service in Everett, Washington (WA) 2024

I had a laptop being delivered for a new job, but I was away for a wedding when it was set to be shipped. I set a hold on my delivery then tried to re-route it to a different holding center. The shipping notifications updated saying the package would be late since shipping shuts down on weekends. I made it back on a Friday and went to the Hardeson Rd ship center to try to intercept the package, but because I had set the package to be re-routed, I created an awkward situation where the employees were not sure where the package was. I let them know my situation and Laura at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding. She was able to get a message to the warehouse workers letting them know to keep an eye out for my package and told me she would contact me if they were able to find it. I received a call and was able to pick it up the next day. Just wanted to leave a huge "THANK YOU!!!" to Laura and the other employees at this location. Just about everything in the store seems good to me, they were very quick and knew exactly which questions to ask, and they were very polite. However, the pricing is rather obnoxious. Be ready to pay twice what you intend to ship if it's your first time there. $45 for a 3lb box from Washington to Texas. ~Gabriel
